When I meet a girl first time, I only pay after the date is over. 9 out 10 times they are Ok with that. In most cases, there was no mention of allowance at all. But I always give an allowance if I am happy (minimum 200). Few times, a girl may want to see if you have money, you can show, but never hand over the money at the beginning. Just tell her you want to do an on-site inspection first, it's not hard to spot presence of a hymen. Lack of doesn't necessarily mean they've been fucked because they can lose the cherry other ways too, a lot of athletic girls destroy them via sports.
