I have seen the top provider. It has been probably 6 months or so and it was in Lebanon at the time. It was a good experience but I never returned because there was obvious signs of demons in her life. The actual dream went great however the surroundings and the abuse turned me off. I agree with that assessment, I have heard nothing but good things about the quality of service, but I can not speak to it personally as I have set things up and been ghosted on at least 2 occasions.
