I agree with you Mike. The hobby is at the lowest point I've ever seen it. The girls on STG are really pitiful. Years ago, they would not have even received phone calls from guys. Just curious as to what donation to providers some of you out there are giving? I think most of the ads now do not list rates and the few that do have a special qv rate. An excellent description of the difference between wants and needs. Everyone thinks they "need" something but most of the time they just want it and can live without it.

As a former realtor my job was always to move as many of the "need" items over to the "want" list as possible since you were never going to find the perfect house.
