Greetings:

I cruised O Ville today (Wed), and found Sarah around 1PM near 7-11. We went to a privte spot for an excellent BBBJTC for .25 I'm very happy that she's back on the scene. I spotted another WSW earlier, but she was uglier than a dog's ass. She was standing on Delaine not far from 7-11.

Hey BSMJ: How much did you pay your fine looking Sarah? I think that many of us would like to now more about her, so please fill us in, and thanks for the pics.

Why don't Mayor Fagelline and Police Chief Sissyman keep the focus on violent crime, horrid drivers, and other aspects of public safety and stay out of private intimate lives? What's with the Puritanism? Sex will go on whether or not those self-righteous bigots want it to.

Shame on cops who torment sex-workers! They're just being bullies who pick on the easy targets instead of tracking down thieves, drug dealers, and muggers. If the Mayor wants to stamp out unnatural sex acts he's looking in the wrong place (or wrong orefice, to be exact).

the Downtown (or RI Spa) at 1 Custon was not mentioned in the article. This was supposedly the place that was the target of the slimy 'undercover' asshole on Ch 10 that took the cameras into the place for his cheap thrill. So we don't know what charges that place faces and when it will open again. I'm figuring the other places will be open soon if thay haven't already (we know CH is open). Any idea if our beautiful Kae was one of the 2? Anyway...have to try one of them on Mon!

Five other women are charged with giving massages without a license in the undercover investigation of four parlors.

PROVIDENCE -- As a result of raids conducted this week at four Providence spas, nine Asian women have been charged with immigration violations and are facing deportation, a spokeswoman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Boston said yesterday.

"We assisted the Providence police in an investigation they were doing and subsequently took nine females into custody," said Paula Grenier, the ICE spokeswoman. "They have been charged with immigration violations and had been put into removal proceedings and they are awaiting a hearing before a federal immigration judge" in Boston.

Grenier refused to identify the women, saying the investigation continues. She said eight of the women were from Korea, and one was from Singapore. The authorities assert that they all are either in this country illegally or working in the country illegally, Grenier said. All are being held pending deportation proceedings. As of yesterday, she said, no date had been set for a hearing. She said did not know where the women were being held. They were not at the Adult Correctional Institutions, a prison official said.

The women were detained Monday after the police raided four places where Asian women were allegedly giving massages without licenses -- a misdemeanor under Rhode Island law.

Initially, 14 women were taken into custody -- 12 of them Korean and 2 Chinese -- according to Providence Lt. Thomas Verdi. They were referred to ICE after questions arose about whether they were legal immigrants with valid working papers. He said 5 of the 14 were charged with giving massages without a license.

The massage and immigration charges stemmed from raids at four Providence massage parlors by detectives working in the Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit:

Midori Spa, 112 Union St.; Bally Day Spa, 204 Westminster St.; Central Health, 76 Derry St., which is sometimes listed with a 10 Oregon St. address; and a spa at 1255 North Main St., which goes by two names, Alliance for Men and Spring Relaxing Center.

Sgt. Patrick McNulty said that the police sent undercover officers into the four spas to see whether the businesses had valid licenses to operate massage parlors and whether the women giving massages had valid licenses. Police reports indicate that the officers who went to each place asked for and paid for a massage and received one. Each was charged $60.

At Midori, two women were arrested -- the manager, Hyon Bivians, 42, who was charged with operating a massage parlor without a license; and Sam Pan Jeong, 34, who was charged with giving a massage without a license. A police report indicates that seven other women were taken into custody by immigration officials: Evn Ju Kwak, 34; Ihawa Kim, 28; Soun il Kim, 33; Kim Hee Young, 29; Gyeong Yae Kang, 32; Choon Ja Yun, 62; and Il Hwa Kim, 29.

At 1255 North Main St., Ho Hiong, 44, was charged with giving a massage without a license and according to the police report, ICE placed a detainer against her.

At Central Health, Jeong Nye Kim, 41, was charged with performing a massage without a license. The police report indicates that immigration officials also placed a detainer on her. ACI spokeswoman Joy Fox said late yesterday that records indicated that Kim was discharged from the ACI to immigration officials in 1998. How she ended up at Central Health on Monday could not be learned yesterday.

At Bally, Hee Jim Kim, 30, was charged with giving a massage without a license and detained by immigration officials. The police report indicates that a second woman on the premises, Gyeong Yae Kang, 32, was also detained by ICE. Verdi said this was not the same Gyeong Yae Kang who was arrested at Midori
