Just a small thing, but could we switch over to the 2006 general reports file instead of using the old 2005 one?

MIght eliminate some future problems when doing a search or whatever.

2. Let's talk more about the fun things with SW and where to meet them. Let's do less on LE which is all boring stuff. Tell me you saw lots of LE at so and so at xPM does not help as most of us are not online 24/7. (also, concerning the "are you a cop?" comment, note that cops can legally lie as part of their enforcement activities - of course, you cannot lie to them ).
3. CL is a good source. The problem is, SW up there are pricey. Many SW are on CL who would offer the whole thing with 2-3 Jackons, now the minimum they go with is 5 Jacksons. Not the best use of the hard earned $. Furthermore, not all the pictures on CL are authentic and you have less option play when she showed up and pocketed your Jacksons.

Just a weather report on 82nd mainly. At this point, what 28 straight days of rain, rain, rain ... girls getting a bit desperate for any break in the downpour. A couple of halfway dry days in the past week, I think it was Sunday I counted at least 6 WSW just between Halsey and Foster. Not all lookers, but still. Did some window shopping - talked to a brunette, chrissy or Kristy, not really my type on closer inspection.. seemed like a Tweaker.

Pouring rain, nobody can see nothin! Guys don't wanna stop for a drenched sea hag. They are wearing heavy coats, hoods etc. which hide looks and before you know it, ya got some homeless fugly begging for a buck on your car seat. Girls also like eye contact, its just hard in the rain.

So the longer it rains, the better our chances when a dry day comes around ...keep that in mind. Try a cruise next time a break after several stormy days. Craigs List makes more sense in the Winter?

These are pretty easy, I think - SW's are now getting busted for carrying condoms, did you know that?

Especially any semi-Pro or "full time" as you say. We see the girls getting hassled all the time by LE. They get searched especially if they've got a prior anything - drugs or whatever. Condoms are considered evidence apparently. Anyone else, please chime in - I have been told this directly by a SW. Not sure when this legal twist started.

Secondly, BBBJ is still considered safe, and more popular by many of us. I would say the majority of hobbyists will not settle for CBJ and, many guys cannot usually get aroused w/ cover on. Now from the SW's point of view, sure some insist on CBJ, but competition is willing otherwise and they get dropped off. There was a discussion of this on Seattle USG awhile back.

Absolutely right, along with the moronic foolishness of asking "are you a cop?" in the childish belief that police are supposed to tell the truth to people breaking the law. But many SWs and their "boyfriends" who train them are not well informed about their business, so it is often easier to just go along with some of these ridiculous street superstitions than to try to educate a working girl who actually believes this nonsense. This one is harmless to us, since if she got into a car controlled by an unkown suspect she is definitely not a police decoy. The driver could be vice, but she isn't, so a SW might get popped that way, but I won't. Life is unfair, then you die.

One thing I want to inform you of: when you and a SW check eachother, by touching crothes and breasts, well, you can be charged with that! its called "procurement activity". You can beat it in court, but not with out a BIG fight. Just an FYI. The best thing to do is say something to the effect of "wow, you are really attractive, mind if I give you a kiss? " quick brush on the lips will do fine (I am speaking from personal experience! LOL). Thats what I did. I am not on the street anymore, I am on the internet and into the escort thing. Very good provider, in my midthirties. When I was on the street all I did was 1 hours for 100$. I thought maybe you could use this tid bit of info.

Tuesday Jan 10 around noon I was again traveling on 82nd for some business. I spotted Two instances of one or two cop cars talking with young ladies who fit the WSW model so I was very cautious. Secondly it was off and on hard rain with only a few minutes of no rain so I didn't expect to find anything interesting.

Well I spotted this slim dark haired young lady walking south of the park on the north end of the 82nd stroll. She seemed to give me the eye as I passed so I turned at the next corner and proceeded south to get another look. She again gave me the eye so I went around another block to approach from the front. This time she was sitting on a bench around the corner and as I slowed she gave me the look and stood up.Well I proceeded a few feet to a side street and parked. She approached the car, grabbed the handle and got in while at the same time dropping the hood on her jacket so I got a good look at her.

She immediately said to me " I owe you a free one from the last time we met" I then realized that it was Nici from this previous report. What threw me was the hood over the hair and she did not have the bright red tint.

I immediately pulled away and told her to buckle the seat belt. She was nervous as she did not know how I would react. She then told me that the rip off was all her cousin's doing that she had tried to talk her out of it with no luck. When we got down to that day she said she hadn't done that before and felt bad about it and wanted to make up for it.

She offered to do a car BJ but I wanted FS. When I asked if she had protection she said no, Danm, I didn't have any either and I am not into bareback with a SW. She said that I could go somewhere to pick some up and she would wait outside the car. I also drove the NW several times without seeing ANY ladies out, maybe the rain got to the NW ladies.

Out for a spin tonight around 7:30pm - 8:30pm ish. NW 23rd all the way down Sandy then 82nd. Nothing and totally quiet. Normal level of LE patrol.

After making a round trip check, decided to return home but on the way home, passed Burnside near Doug Fir restaurant. Saw a decent, early 30ish looking, clean, neatly dressed WSW. Made eye contact, stopped, opened door, she asked a dumb question, "do you need a date?", my reply, "No, I thought you need a ride, I don't need a date." She jumped into the car, as we were driving away, she asked "do you have condom?". I said, "Why? I am giving you a ride, why condom?".

Make long story short, we shook hand and made our friendship. Decided to buy her a coffee for $.20. I later noticed that she has very nice clean 36C all natural, a little baby fat in the middle but definitely nice hip and everything. We pulled over to a nice spot away from the neighborhood and get to know eachother much better. Name is Christiana, about 5'5", 145lbs, may be less. No digit, hope to see her again.

These stings only got the newbies. Seasoned hobbyists continued to do their thing. Also, be wary of what you read on the "news" (especially reports that hobbyists are propositioning in the stores). If you believe in everything you hear/see on the news, you may be still waiting for Santa Claus :P. I for one don't see how. Seasoned hobbyists usually exercise tremendous caution even picking up girls on the street (propositioning in the store? LOL). Newbies are too nervous and naive to do their things thus they got trapped into those (decoy "do you want to pay me $50- to have a blow job?", newbie "yes!!" ). My guess is, cops either made up stories to exeggerate just to justify their stings or there was really some negotiation and deal making between hobbyists and Pros in the store, but to a regular female in the store?

Cruised NW circuit very late Tuesday, 1/3/06. Found Lisa at 19th & Everett.

Small, fairly attractive, lady who shows a little wear and tear from time on the streets and is an admitted "sometimes" crack user.

Offered .40 for 1/2-1/2 and she said yes.

Actually wanted to be touched beforehand and seemed to enjoy a little two-finger action.

BJ was covered and she obviously was not into it.

But FS was apparently enjoyed by all.

Finally at 7th and Ankeny found Yvonne, a very talkative SW who is past her prime but still not too bad looking if you ignore the missing front tooth.

It was a different experience, four different BBBJ's in about 1 1/2 hours in one night.

Watch out big time in NW Portland. On the 10pm news last night showed a huge sting going down. There were at least 10 arrests, with news coverage on a couple. I don't think i'd want to be on the news getting put in the back of a police car (showed full face shot).

They also were reporting that some men had even been propositioning gals in the local grocery store. What a bunch of dopes! Thats what gets these stings started, by being stupid.

Be careful out there and be SMART.
