I agree once they start asking for cash to just meet up, it's not going to get better. I've learned recently that some women are paying attention to SA's change to a "Dating Site" and have modified their profiles to attract less attention by moderators (though I doubt SA even cares). I've contacted a few women who seemed to be interested in a platonic relationship and 100% of them seem to want to cash out easy. But there are also women who seem like they are looking for a relationship but just using that as a cover for some good old fashion pay to play!

Hey Myth I agree paying for a Meet and Greet (M&G) is usually a scam and likely a girl who saw a TikToc video on how easy it is to get funds from guys.

As far as SA goes, yeah, they do kinda care about their site being used as a place for prostitution. The reason for the rebranding was the passage of the FOSTA / SESTA Law (thank you Backpage! NOT!) which makes the owner both criminally and civilly liable for prostitution, under-aged and sex trafficking on their website. Thus the rebranding to a "vanilla" dating site. Also, to provide some legal protection, they employ BOTs to scan profiles and messages to keep prostitution out. That is why we see so many reports about guys getting banned over there: because they slip up and talk about sex for money, etc. (got to take all of that p2 p convo stuff offsite!

But as time passes, the history is forgotten and a lot of people find SA and think it is a regular vanilla dating site. SO. That adds to the sifting, sorting and time wasting to find a SB on the site.

I will says this, as I come to the end of yet another month on SA. If youse can't find a girl who is DTF, perhaps a change of approach is in order. Most of what I have found are escort-lite girls: girls who want o meet and collect an "allowance" but have no intention to, nor no clue how to go about the 'relationship' part of a true, classic SD-SB relationship. Finding a true SB these days is a few orders of magnitude difficult that it was pre-pandemic.

WYP is strictly a scam site. Messages from "local" girls that turn out to not be local. I complained top WYP, they don't give refunds, etc.

I went on 3 first dates with some beautiful WYP chicks. None wanted an arrangement. They only want to be paid to eat or drink. It's a waste of time. Worse than SA because you really pay for nothing worthwhile. 3 strikes and you're out. Never again.

I can't offer anything definitive. I'm happy with my rotation and have not been messaging anyone lately. However, I do keep a stripped down, free lurking account on SA where I have a favorites list of profiles for future reference. She caught my eye a while back and over time I've noticed she has gradually added an additional picture or two and tweaked her profile text. Now I see she is showing her face as well. In my experience, these are positive signs and increase the likelihood that she's real. Good luck and tell us how you do!

This person is most likely someone that's pretty dangerous. They use phrases that I recognize and most likely are a scumball that will attempt to extort from and harass men from seeking. I definitely was careless and dropped my guard. Just trying to let why'all know and stay away from someone that's potentially dangerous.
