Got a couple DMs about this encounter. I would say she was mid 30's maybe early. Smoker but didn't smell like it (voice), little thicker with a tummy but not huge. She was in good condition, did not appear homeless. I was pretty shocked to get such a low asking price, but she said she was from out of the area, and I haven't seen her on the stroll before. I'm assuming she just needed money for a quick fix. No obvious signs of drug use, other than appearing a bit spacey. She kept good conversation and was very friendly.

Looks like Nova North maybe? Only ever saw her ads on the board but I know she used to trawl AA. Don't have contact info, but she's reviewed on other threads here.

Yep, she's a very ubiquitous and regular walker out there, usually out there every night. In fact, I can't ever recall a time in the past few months when she wasn't out there whenever I was out. She's usually in the 100 blocks across from Oaktree plaza. She quoted $150 for me, at that time car date-only, all covered service and nothing bare for any rate. I see her out there so often that sometimes we wave to each other as a greeting.
