I was bored and wanted to figure out how many people have been arrested for pimping in Seattle. I found the King County jail dataset that the county publishes online. The current dataset has all the adult bookings from Dec 1, 2022 to Nov 30,2023. There have been 20 individuals arrested and booked for Promoting Prostitution (pimping) in the county in that time for a total of 47 promoting prostitution charges. Only 3 of those charges were for Promoting Prostitution in the 1st degree which is defined in the Revised Code of Washington as:

(1) A person is guilty of promoting prostitution in the first degree if he or she knowingly advances prostitution:

(a) By compelling a person by threat or force to engage in prostitution or profits from prostitution which results from such threat or force; or.

(b) By compelling a person with a mental incapacity or developmental disability that renders the person incapable of consent to engage in prostitution or profits from prostitution that results from such compulsion.

(2) Promoting prostitution in the first degree is a class B felony.

Which most likely means they were gorilla pimps and probably not the latter which is pimping some retarded girl LOL. All the other Promoting Prostitution charges were Promoting Prostitution in the 2nd degree which is defined in the Revised Code of Washington as:

(1) A person is guilty of promoting prostitution in the second degree if he or she knowingly:

(a) Profits from prostitution; or.

(b) Advances prostitution.

(2) Promoting prostitution in the second degree is a class C felony.

A good amount of them had other charges like communication with a minor for immoral purposes, rape of a child, commercial sex abuse of a minor etc added on to there charges. Two of these arrests were for a massage parlor in Burien. The other's don't appear to be related to massages with happy endings.

Another thing that is noteworthy is that there is not a single booking in the last 12 months for the time period in this dataset for solicitation of prostitution, purchasing prostitution etc or any variation of. What this means is that they aren't booking those arrested at those stings into a King County Jail. Probably just releasing them after processing them at a precinct or something or processing them nearby and releasing them. This dataset covers all adult jails run by King County which would be King County Correctional Facility (KCCF) in Seattle and the Maleng Regional Justice Center (MRJC) in Kent.

To my amazement she said "That's perfect! I was like okay LOL. I asked her if she was going to smell like blues to which she smelled her hoodie and said she didn't know she didn't think so. I knew she smoked blues then so I told her just meet me down the street a little in the parking lot and we can do this outside. I didn't want her to get into my car. I absolutely cannot stand the smell of that shit. It gives me anxiety plus you never know what they might have on them. I have to my amazement only ever found a straw that was used to smoke fetanyl and this morning while cleaning out the back I found what looks like a candy with a smiley face on it that was kind of stuck to the carpet. It looks like a candy, the smiley face is not pressed but raised. So I am not sure what it is. Got rid of it anyways. I digress.

I had her go down to this parking lot just down the street on the left side. I pulled in there and I got out and had her suck me off up against the wall in the corner. There wasn't much sucking because I throat fucked her and came down her throat. She swallowed every last drop she didn't spit it out which also surprised me considering I only paid her 12 bucks LOL. One of the more surprising things happened to me about a week ago was that I was pulled over by a State Trooper. I had stopped off on the side of the road to talk to a girl and he pulled up behind me and lit me up. He gave me a verbal warning about solicitation of a prostitute and gave me some BS speech about how most of these girls are being sex trafficked and blah blah blah and how I shouldn't pick them up. I didn't give a shit LOL. He looked like the type of guy that beats his wife and he's out here lecturing me on trying to solicit a prostitute. I had never before been pulled over. I have many many times stopped on the side of AA to talk to a girl which is what I have always done. Including right In front of SPD many times and they just go around me or a couple times have got on there air horn thingie. Never had one pull me over though. State Patrol obviously works on a different set of policies. His actual reason for initiating the traffic stop was pretty BS too. He didn't write me a ticket for it because he probably couldn't. If he could have he would no doubt about it.

I think that's all of my pickups in the last week or so. It's hard to remember honestly I don't really keep track these days as picking up SW's is an almost every day thing for me. I am sure I am missing some.

My streak of not being robbed ran out this morning. Last time I had been robbed before this was back this past summer. I rolled up on a BSW near the wall around 4 am. She immediately said "what's this" while holding the two 20's and I said 40 bucks. She then tells me I told her "140" I was like no I didn't! Here we go again with this bait and switch. I got her to admit that she agreed to the 40 dollar offer after she slipped up after initially trying to tell me I said 140. She admitted that I told her 40! She then tried to switch it around on me and was like "I thought you would be a gentleman why would you lowball me like that?" I was like. You accepted!! You didn't have too. If you had asked for more I probably would have agreed but you didn't so WTF. I jumped in the front seat after some back and forth arguing that was going nowhere and she was like "oh wow so your getting violent?" I wasn't. But I was thinking this is a setup. I told her to get out a few times before she finally did and on her way out my car she was like "I'm calling the police" and in my head I'm thinking like WTF? What for you idiot. You just robbed me (for 40 bucks LOL) I didn't do nothing to you I didn't even touch you. She was probably just saying that cause she was now getting out of my car and I was pissed off and it was not right off AA and wanted to scare me away.

I need to check up on some things before posting anything about an incident that I saw earlier that morning near the emerald. It was kind of scary. It didn't look good. Not sure yet if what happened I think happened. Going to try and tie down some details first.

I decided to see what was up on AA as I haven't been out there in quite a while. I've been avoiding Aurora even for transiting through to get somewhere with the goal of not going out there again until January. Well I got bored and broke that goal. First impression was that there weren't a lot of girls out there prior to midnight, a handful up north, one or two around 107th and a few south of 105th to 90th. Not much going on. Around midnight more suddenly showed-up. I parked and watched a new crew of four SWs all dressed in stockings, thongs and crazy high-heels assemble at 102nd. Meanwhile the girls all assembled back together in the middle of the intersection and out came a bottle of something which they all passed around, each girl taking a nip. They were giggly and loud. Then suddenly the bigger girl in ridiculously large heels lost her balance, took a dive and landed on her back in the middle of the road. She struggled to get up and when she did, she fell onto her back again. At this time an SPD cruiser approached up Aurora and came upon this SW laying in the road, he slowed to a crawl, took a gander out his window and then hit the gas, LOL. Zero concerns at all about a female laying on her back in the road. "Oh, it's just some hooker lying on her back at an intersection on Aurora". I was reminded how drunken SWs are usually bad dates.

Down near the low-90's I came upon a light-skinned BSW dressed all in black, short miniskirt, tall black shiny knee-boots and her hair back with a white bow. I had seen her walking around the various blocks during myy previous passes. She approached while I was stopped and asked if I had $200. About a block after that I ran into little spinner Ava, looking good in her little spinner thong. I already know she's a no-go on service and even though she's generally nice while chatting I'm under no illusion that she's probably also all about the timer.

Not long after that I spotted Candace and another female crouched around a small fire they'd made in front of the convenience store. On the next pass through the other female was standing at a different block as I approached the stop sign. She was very worn but familiar, she wanted me to roll-down my window but I merely cracked it. "Hey, it's Jessica", she said. I then realized that she was Jessica Crush from TNA, an SW I'd dated many times over the years but won't go near anymore. She's in serious decline, and out there sitting next to a fire with Candace like that with nowhere to go. I waved her off and hit the gas. Had I been stopped for a simple traffic stop that would have been an interesting conversation-starter. I admit that I've let things slip these past few years, normally I'd completely inspect the vehicle after dropping-off an SW for this exact reason. Clearly I need to start doing that again. Just a reminder to all, police your vehicles before heading-out, it's interesting the things you'll find.

One attempt, no score, yeah there were others out but after the first try I'd just decided that I didn't want the hustle and any SW who was to my liking was probably an utter waste of money. The last data file which I imported into my database was from September. In that file, there is an OFFENSE_PARENT_GROUP field for "prostitution offenses" and an OFFENSE field containing "purchasing prostitution". The other two are "assisting or promoting prostitution" and simply "prostitution". I focused on records for purchasing which contains records going back to late 2016. Of those, the vast majority of arrests are along Aurora Ave. There are a few records here and there for other areas of the city including International District, downtown and Capitol Hill, but we're talking less than a handful for each from late 2016 onward. Since that time the vast, vast majority of arrests for "purchasing prostitution" have been along Aurora Ave. Of those, most are at 125th which is the Lowe's lot. I don't think anyone is or ever was surprised by that. But, I will mention that this is a stale snapshot from September, it's entirely possible that other arrests for purchasing prostitution have been made in other parts of the city since then.

If going back to 2012, I know from personal anecdotal experience that there were other areas of the city which had strolls at that time. The AAA / Denny stroll being probably the most known and i'd argue was probably the busiest stroll on weekends around that time and was very similar to how Aurora Ave has been the past few years. But, one could find SWs in Pioneer Square, ID or Rainier Ave at that time as well. The AAA / Denny area was completely shut-down when Amazon started constructing their HQ in that area as well as a ton of new apartment buildings. The other areas seem to have fallen-off in activity as well due to gentrification or other growth to a point of insignificance. In July 2016 Seattle police set-up a 10-day sting operation at a massage parlor in the ID which netted about 200 johns. Those arrests pre-dated the records in my file.

But further, since as you mention, the prostitution loitering laws were repealed in 2020, I really focused from 2019 onward. In that time the vast majority of arrests are again along Aurora Ave and again around the Lowe's lot. I do also have a file containing data for King County arrests, but that actually seemed less complete and a cross-examination between the SPD data and King County data led me to believe it wasn't very reliable (SPD arrest records didn't seem to be in the King County file). I do not have the latest SPD files, though, so haven't examined them since. But I think that the major takeaway is that a focus for the city regarding patronizing / purchasing arrests is definitely Aurora Ave. And while I again don't think anyone was ever surprised by that, my goal was to find out where and when along Aurora men were mostly getting busted since that's where most of us in this forum seem to be cruising.

I wonder what percentage of the arrests were sting operations. ? Using such a long time period is a bit misleading. It is important to remember that the city of Seattle did away with the loitering law several years ago. So it would be much to more accurate to show a map or statistics when the law was in effect.

It is possible that LE has been arresting any guy that happens to stop for a decoy. This would be a good way for vice to bump up their numbers and look good. It is missing some arrests still due to this being a rough draft and the complexity of working with data of this size. I will fine tune the python script I have written to include the missing arrests over the coming days. I will also what the dataset says the offense is later. There are three offenses for prostitution in the dataset. Assisting or Promoting Prostitution, Prostitution, and Purchasing Prostitution. The vast majority of entries just say "Prostitution" for the offense. Now that you can visualize where the prostitution is in the city you can see that South Jackson Street in China Town has the most prostitution activity outside of Aurora. The Latitude and Longitude comes directly from the datasets at the time of the arrest.

There are about 469 arrests that are not currently on the map due to most of them being entered into the dataset at the same latitude and longitude (most commonly popular sting spots like KK). This is why the KK does not show any arrests currently because they were all entered in the same lat and long in the data. I am using python and regular expressions to process all of this data. It's tricky.

According to the timestamps on the individual arrests in the data, the vast majority of arrests seem to occur between 5 pm-9 pm. There are some isolated records with a timestamp of midnight, but those are limited, and all of those took place around 137th. So, arrests for patronizing / sexual exploitation do happen outside of the normal commute times but they are rare. When I consulted a lawyer a few months ago, he told me that SPD are generally "sloppy" about their stings, they set them up quickly and net as many guys as possible in the shortest amount of time possible. They get things wrong from time to time because, as he said, they generally have a careless attitude about it. I don't know what's true, just repeating what I was told. But it's important to note that SPD can change their tactics at any time, so although this data does, I think, provide good intel, they can suddenly switch it up. I think that when the motels were open and active it was easy for SPD to net a lot of arrests without having to do too much because people were generally careless about how they went about it out there. One thing the lawyer told me was that a lot of his clients actually believed that prostitution had been decriminalized because the cops didn't appear to be doing anything, so they approached any girl out there without any fear. Then, of course, they got popped. So, preaching to the choir here, always be as vigilant as possible.

Just curious if anyone has any experience with this SW, goes by Ava or Avia and she's almost always working south of 95th what seems to be every night. I've generally been avoiding Aurora lately but came upon her the other night as I had to drive through. She's very spinnery and better-looking in person vs the photos below.
