CA's loitering law was a catchall law. It essentially allowed LE to define loitering however. It was a very shaky law. Some the's said so as well.

Essentially, yes, we do. I'm not sure what the differences are, but in 2020 the Seattle City Council voted unanimously to repeal the prostitution loitering laws. California's just took effect this past January, so i'm wondering what the effect will be there. But up here SPD has said that they aren't able to stop and question SWs suspected of working the street as a result.

It does, at least for me. Never used to for the vast majority of my time out there, I just understood that this is how the game is played. But in the past few years I've found myself getting more and more annoyed and having verbal sparring matches with the SWs. This has been the biggest indication that I need to get away from it for a while.
