    Winter blues

I cannot wait for summer to return folks. I go cruising every night but the girls out there remain the same for the most part and they all suck ass. Sure there are some lookers but they don't provide any service. Summer brings lots of girls and that brings competition and some deals to be had. There aren't many deals to be had out there at the moment and I have never had so many girls quote 200 in my life for a car date. This past couple weeks I have heard more girls quote 200 for CFS / CBJ then ever before. Let's hope this isn't becoming the norm because that's above market rate. A quick car date is only worth so much money especially with the service you get out there. 200 for all covered is a joke LOL! I sure hope there aren't fools out there paying that and they negotiate cause even with bare everything BBBJ and BBFS I've had some really bad experiences with girls that are attractive LOL! Can't imagine what a all covered bad experience would be like! You would think a girl that you are doing BBBJ / BBFS with and that is young and attractive could never be a bad experience right? Wrong! These girls find ways to make what should be an enjoyable experience one of the worst of your life LOL!

I also just want to clarify for the group (and this is not aimed squarely at Colnago, I know that with his years of experience that he's aware), SWs get the charge of solicitation, johns get the charge of patronizing (also known as Sexual Exploitation by the city of Seattle). One thing I've learned is that a lot of people, particularly those new to this hobby, think that because the loitering laws were repealed that the laws for soliciting were also repealed and that sex workers can't be arrested. That is blatantly false. Two years ago one of the candidates for Seattle City Attorney wanted to decriminalize sex work in Seattle but she was called an "abolishonist" and even an anarchist by her opponent who eventually won the election. The interesting thing about this is that as soon as the new City Attorney took office she refused to prosecute any sex worker arrested for solicitation. So, essentially, she "decriminalized" sex work just as she criticized her opponent for wanting to do while still keeping solicitation laws on the books. Talk about odd. However, it's a convenient position for the city because they can resume arresting and charging SWs again at any time. I can't say this enough, a lot of people have the wrong idea about this and think they can't be arrested and charged and the truth is that yes, they can if the city so desires. That false belief sets people up for failure in the system. If an SW gets in your car and the police are interested in her, they can stop you.

Okay, this horse is now dead. I'm just passionate about people being aware.

Your Mom. If I knew her name I would have posted it. I have seen her face on TNA. The real point of the post was that times might be getting tough for internet girls. Next time ask with some respect and I might go back try to find her name.

Nope. No such rule. I want to hear names!

I agree. The thing to remember is that LE is questioning you gather evidence for a stronger case or to get enough evidence to arrest you. If the police stop you for talking to a SW the most you should ever say is that you were offering her a ride. It is good to hear that Seattle got rid of their loitering law. California had the most legally questionable loitering law. CA's loitering law essentially allowed to a cop to call what he wanted as loitering. It was so bad that some the's in CA said that it was bad law.

The other problem the on the streets are way blatant and obnoxious. Walking around in lingerie or bathing suits only riles up the locals. Here in socal many of the girls walk in the middle of the streets.

That's awesome to hear, especially if it's someone like Leilanni Moore.

Because the prostitution loitering laws were repealed I am not sure they even have reasonable suspicion anymore to pull you over for talking to one of them. I have never been pulled over and in my time out there which is 100's of hours on AA I can only recall one time I saw a guy pulled over after talking to a hooker.
You are mistaking can with will, a very serious mistake under the right conditions. Yes they can pull you over for contacting a known prostitute. That's not even debatable. There was a time when the police regularly pulled over people for that. I can't count how many times I have been pulled over for having a girl in my car. Now, they need to have to have more proof of a crime occurring to actually arrest you, so if you keep your mouth shut, it will just be an inconvenience. The police have moved away from this tactic probably because it just wasn't an effective deterrence. As someone mentioned, the loitering laws for the women have changed, not the patronizing laws for clients.

One thing which was interesting to me is that since the police presence hasn't been as aggressive in the past couple of years and girls have been operating with seeming impunity on Aurora, it's made a lot of newbies think that the police nor the city are enforcing it. So as I said in my previous post guys got lazy thinking they won't be busted. The lawyer told me that as a result he'd been representing a lot of men who didn't know it was actually illegal or decriminalized. And just as you said, do it this long enough consistently and you will have contact at some point. Fuck around and find out.

The other thing to remember is that if they're questioning you, they probably don't have quite enough information to seal the arrest for a charge. It's not your duty to assist them in their investigation. Alternatively, if they have solid evidence of a crime, they'll cuff you and take you in without hesitation and that's it. They don't waste time if they've got solid evidence.

Again, can't say this enough and yes I know i'm being redundant here, but consult a lawyer if you're going to partake in this activity. Learn about how SPD and the city goes about enforcement, what to do if stopped and what to expect if you do get popped. Just do it.

It's not your duty to assist them in their investigation. You almost always talk your way into a crime as opposed to talking your way out of one and it also makes it difficult for a lawyer to work with your case. Oh believe me I have a really great criminal defense attorney on retainer. If you are ever questioned by the police I simply said "I'm not going to make any statements without my attorney present". If they continue or persist it doesn't matter what they ask or how they ask it my answer will be the same every time "I'm not going to make any statements". Even if you have done nothing wrong at all you could still end up in jail falsely accused of something. One thing specifically that people need to be mindful of is saying they were with somebody or saw somebody. Even if it's somebody they saw walking down the street. I'll give you an example. Let's say you are walking down the street in your own neighborhood and a cop pulls up alongside you and asks you "hey did you see two juvenile females walking thru here?" And you say "what did they look like?" officer responds "they both were wearing pajamas and about 14" and you reply "Yes! I saw them about 10 minutes ago around the corner by the park" Officer says thanks! Sounds innocent enough right? You aren't telling them anything criminal. You didn't do anything wrong you just happened to see them walking through your neighborhood and you were minding your own business. The problem with this is that if those two girls are found dead around the corner in the dumpster dismembered you are now a suspect because you were the last person to see them alive! This is a made up scenario that is based on real world cases where this scenario has happened before and totally innocent people go to jail. If the cops asks you about knowing anybody or seeing anybody esp somebody in this hobby it's absolutely not something you want to share with the police because you don't know what the circumstances are of this person.

All this being said. I have never ever seen anybody pulled over for talking to a SW save for one person in the last 3 years. I have picked up SW's multiple times right In front of the police. They won't do anything. There must be some kind of internal policy that prevents them from pulling over John's. It just doesn't happen. Even during the times when they have 8 squad cars out on AA at 2 am they sit there and watch girl after girl being picked up. They don't move. They don't stop anybody. Unless something changes with SPD's policies and / or the city council I wouldn't even worry about it. They have nothing and that's why they aren't going to waste there time because the girl would need to be really stupid and snitch on you for them to have anything to detain you.
