Genuine newbie question: are there rules on this board against naming names in cases like this?

    TNA On AA

I saw a TNA girl on AA around 96th Saturday night. One who I would not have expected to see out there. Things must also be slowing on the internet.

I have never been pulled over and in my time out there which is 100's of hours on AA I can only recall one time I saw a guy pulled over after talking to a hooker.
You are mistaking can with will, a very serious mistake under the right conditions. Yes they can pull you over for contacting a known prostitute. That's not even debatable. There was a time when the police regularly pulled over people for that. I can't count how many times I have been pulled over for having a girl in my car. Now, they need to have to have more proof of a crime occurring to actually arrest you, so if you keep your mouth shut, it will just be an inconvenience. The police have moved away from this tactic probably because it just wasn't an effective deterrence. As someone mentioned, the loitering laws for the women have changed, not the patronizing laws for clients.

One thing which was interesting to me is that since the police presence hasn't been as aggressive in the past couple of years and girls have been operating with seeming impunity on Aurora, it's made a lot of newbies think that the police nor the city are enforcing it. So as I said in my previous post guys got lazy thinking they won't be busted. The lawyer told me that as a result he'd been representing a lot of men who didn't know it was actually illegal or decriminalized. And just as you said, do it this long enough consistently and you will have contact at some point. Fuck around and find out.

The other thing to remember is that if they're questioning you, they probably don't have quite enough information to seal the arrest for a charge. It's not your duty to assist them in their investigation. Alternatively, if they have solid evidence of a crime, they'll cuff you and take you in without hesitation and that's it. They don't waste time if they've got solid evidence.

Again, can't say this enough and yes I know i'm being redundant here, but consult a lawyer if you're going to partake in this activity. Learn about how SPD and the city goes about enforcement, what to do if stopped and what to expect if you do get popped. Just do it.
Coming from a family of law enforcement, with me being the exception, remember this, Cop's tell their family and everyone they care about this "If you get in trouble, never talk to the police!" Just my two cents or more!

It's not your duty to assist them in their investigation. You almost always talk your way into a crime as opposed to talking your way out of one and it also makes it difficult for a lawyer to work with your case. Oh believe me I have a really great criminal defense attorney on retainer. If you are ever questioned by the police I simply said "I'm not going to make any statements without my attorney present". If they continue or persist it doesn't matter what they ask or how they ask it my answer will be the same every time "I'm not going to make any statements". Even if you have done nothing wrong at all you could still end up in jail falsely accused of something. One thing specifically that people need to be mindful of is saying they were with somebody or saw somebody. Even if it's somebody they saw walking down the street. I'll give you an example. Let's say you are walking down the street in your own neighborhood and a cop pulls up alongside you and asks you "hey did you see two juvenile females walking thru here?" And you say "what did they look like?" officer responds "they both were wearing pajamas and about 14" and you reply "Yes! I saw them about 10 minutes ago around the corner by the park" Officer says thanks! Sounds innocent enough right? You aren't telling them anything criminal. You didn't do anything wrong you just happened to see them walking through your neighborhood and you were minding your own business. The problem with this is that if those two girls are found dead around the corner in the dumpster dismembered you are now a suspect because you were the last person to see them alive! This is a made up scenario that is based on real world cases where this scenario has happened before and totally innocent people go to jail. If the cops asks you about knowing anybody or seeing anybody esp somebody in this hobby it's absolutely not something you want to share with the police because you don't know what the circumstances are of this person.

All this being said. I have never ever seen anybody pulled over for talking to a SW save for one person in the last 3 years. I have picked up SW's multiple times right In front of the police. They won't do anything. There must be some kind of internal policy that prevents them from pulling over John's. It just doesn't happen. Even during the times when they have 8 squad cars out on AA at 2 am they sit there and watch girl after girl being picked up. They don't move. They don't stop anybody. Unless something changes with SPD's policies and / or the city council I wouldn't even worry about it. They have nothing and that's why they aren't going to waste there time because the girl would need to be really stupid and snitch on you for them to have anything to detain you.

    Not just with the street

While I think your risk is higher (sometimes much higher) when dealing with streetwalkers, if you play in this pool long enough you will have encounters with the police. Best to be ready for it.

One summer afternoon there was a dude who struck up a conversation with my in the Kitten's parking lot while I was waiting for my Uber. I'm 99 percent sure that he was either an undercover cop or a CI, although it is possible he was just a remarkably clueless horndog. Let's just say he asked lots of stupid questions and wanted to let me know that he knew everything that went on in the club but at the same time wanted me to share details and specifics of my activities with him. I just told him to fuck right off and after a bit of whining he did just that and I caught my Uber back to my hotel.

A long time ago I got pulled over leaving a pretty well-known massage parlor (at the time) in Renton. Ended up with me in the back of a patrol car, finally two plainclothes officers (one of whom had the same annoying disapproving air of my first wife) asked me a series of rapid-fire questions that made zero sense to me. After a lot of back and forth and me refusing to answer any of their questions and them making a lot of pretty intimidating threats they let me go. I never went back to that shop and I think a car dealer is on the site now.

This doesn't just go for your whoring activities. I had a personal dispute with an idiot employee who made some extravagant threats against me and accused me of some very serious crimes. I finally did get contacted by the local police about it. I told them I'd be happy to give my side of the story but because of the serious nature of the accusations on the table I had to have a lawyer present. They were okay with that and let me go and I never heard anything more about it.

The loitering laws applied to SWs working the streets, not to johns making a pick-up. The city still conducts john stings and over 30 guys have been popped this year alone thus far. They are definitely after the buyers. Plus, even though the loitering laws were repealed the crime of solicitation is still on the books, the city can conveniently pursue SWs again at any time. Vice can still pick-up an SW and bust her. Just because they aren't now doesn't mean that they eventually won't or can't. That being said, I've seen men stopped on Aurora a couple of times this year, though that number is way down from 2020 as I had mentioned in my previous post. If you do this activity for a long enough and regular period, the chances are pretty high that you will be stopped at some point. That can be for a variety of reasons including suspicion that you're somebody else whom has been committing heinous crimes against SWs. They can stop and question for suspicion, it happens. The city has a new city council and with pressure from residents things can change out there at any time. A lot of guys who got popped since 2020 thought that picking-up a prostitute was legal or decriminalized out there because the police weren't doing anything and therefore they were careless. They were careless out of ignorance. We always have to remember that the laws are still in place and ultimately we can be held accountable.

Again, I'd recommend that everyone consult a lawyer. The result was very interesting when I did. A lot of the time people think they know the laws and what's going on and they realize when they get stopped or caught that suddenly they don't. Make yourselves as informed as possible.

I saw police doing a lot of this in summer of 2020, they've generally stopped in more recent years but as always they can turn it back on again anytime. They'd have to question and get you to talk your way into a crime, so invoke your rights and don't answer questions. If the cop gets pissed-off that's just tough shit. Usually they do it just to send a message. I've been stopped a few times over my years of doing this activity, I've never talked and each time they didn't know what to do. Probably 15 years ago in the old AAA stroll a cop stopped me and said, "I'm doing a survey, guys come down here and just circle the blocks for hours, I'm just wondering why". He knew why, he wanted me to start talking my way into some sort of admission. I asked him under what statute was he stopping me and was I free to go? I wasn't answering questions. He actually started laughing and said, "have a good night".

Another time in Los Angeles they stopped me and surrounded my vehicle because it matched the description of a john vehicle who was allegedly raping and assaulting SWs. That was a much scarier situation, probably eight of LAPD around me and they were all business. It got sorted out and they realized I wasn't the suspect, but you can fuck yourself very quickly in a situation such as that one and people go to jail and charged over mistaken identity and false accusations all the time. That was also a lesson to me that there are people out there doing horrible things on various hooker strolls, any one of us can be mistaken for those bad folks at any time while we're out there and get stopped and questioned or worse. If you're out there a lot, girls get to know your vehicles even if you aren't dating them and they also talk amongst each other even though they all insist that they don't, you become a known entity. Just FYI.

One thing you all might want to do is have a consultation with a lawyer, one who specializes in defending these types of crimes. In my opinion it's worth getting the latest info and understanding of how LE works out there and how prosecutors typically run these cases if you're charged.

Sometimes girls who are independent (a "renegade") will get jumped by other girls. A lot of the time when we see pimps out yelling at a girl it's because they don't know who she is and they want to know who her "people" are. Most of them just want to know that she does indeed have a pimp. They don't like indie girls out there working alone and keeping all the money for themselves and they definitely don't want her talking to their girls and letting them know that they don't need a man. A lot of the pimps actually know each other, if they can't ID a girl then they have their girls confront her. It's just how it works out there in street culture, and most of the pretty young girls think that's normal and that every girl should be represented by a man. It's pretty wild.

I remember a few years back an SW named Cream got jumped by four girls on 97th at the direction of their pimp. She used to work with them and decided to go indie, he pulled-up on her and told her that he wasn't going to do anything to her but that he was going to have his girls attack her. I remember she had stitches in her head for a while after that.

A couple of years ago a pimped BSW attacked another BSW who was local and independant near Firestone in the middle of the day. Actually knocked her out and she left her lying on the sidewalk, the clip actually made the news.

    Recap

I went out cruising last night around 2 am and picked up a pretty good looking MILF. Not sure of her age but she was a few years older then me. She was 5'0 tall and her body was in good shape. I pulled over for her near the taco bell south of dunn lumber. There are girls working down there that aren't pimp controlled and / or local sometimes. Sometimes the pimp controlled girls will work the corners near dunn lumber but if you got a few blocks south you can find some stragglers at times. Junkies and other assorted locals. I pulled up and she quoted 60 for a blowjob and 80 without condom (for head). I said hop in. All in was just 100 bucks for FS. She was a good fuck.
