This report is long overdue so don't view it as current. Just sharing my experience. I've learned a lot from these forums over the years. Maybe someone will find something useful here.

I was out walking around the city on foot over this weekend and strolled through the International District. I drive through every day and night as I live near the area, it's definitely more of a night time stroll now since the motels got popped last summer. There were quite a few out last night (Sunday) around 9 pm and later but they were mostly all fat. I think the motels had to come up with a plan to present to the city as to how they will not operate as a nuisance so I don't think girls will be working out of there.
