When my two complaints about girls at CLL were basically ignored, I wrote a review of one of the two girls. They sure as hell seemed to care about that. If they worry about bad word of mouth, if a bad review really hurts business as much as they claimed, then taking feedback directly from customers should matter.

It should matter, but only if they actually care about other customers having bad experiences. Clearly they don't care about bad experiences, they care about others finding out. So, it's clearly against their interests for mongers to make the most informed decisions and help others out by writing reviews of subpar (or even average) experiences. A negative review is usually extremely helpful to others, because it will be more detailed than an average 'good' review and it can save a fellow monger an otherwise wasted money.

If they can put together your username and your hobbying #, they may threaten (blacklist) or bribe / buy you.

My approach is easy on conscience. I just write the experience as is, and submit a review (used to be on them, now will be on TER).

The pr people also will hustle after bad reviews, sometimes even making a 'rebuttal' review. If it's on forums, often they will try to spin it like it's your fault for your bad experience, by being demanding.

If you keep waiting for them to change something because of something that stayed between booker and you, good luck waiting till the second coming.
