That's why they're trying to get rid of a lot of those old phone stands in these type of areas. Besides the fact that the vandalism and low-usage (other than the element) make them useless to most people outside of the hobby.

You can bet that LEO knows which phones are on-line or not. Must be real interesting to watch the phone conversation on a phone that's known to be dead.

On The Rock, the bus riders can wait for hours before a bus comes on graveyard so they blend in well.

The other night while actually looking to see where Lotus of Siam was situated (thought it was the one in the middle island building) and hours of ops, I noticed a few cuties hanging outside some Asian club next to the Cue. Anyone know what the joint is?

Also saw a few gender correct SW's getting in and out of a few cars in the NE quadrant of the CC.

On the way out of the area, on Karen I saw LEO flying onto Sherwood. Thought I would be nosey and look-see. Flipped a U at the end of the block before Sahara and heard the comments from the locals, "Coming back thru brotha?" Hey baby - come here right now suga". Looked like a small domestic squabble that the paramedics came by for as well. WFA with a torn shirt, mussed hair and a finger pointing to the back of the building.

It had that look hard over your shoulder aire to the neighborhood but no less than 6 BSW types on the sidewalks. One with her hand down her shorts trying to get my attention. All with a male friend or two close by.

The Rock had a lot of SWs puttering around - not all too bad looking. Seemd like everytime there was a LEO close-by. The further towards the Stadium the lower the quality. At the Sportsman was a LEO and an unmarked white SUV type - didn't catch the make but like one of those big wagon type of SUV. WHite. Lots of LEO just hanging around the whole stretch of road.

I find that pay phones in the areas populated by SWs are also pretty good hooker stands. Only about half of the outdoor public phones in some of those neighborhoods actually work. Holding a phone while displaying more interest in passing motorists than the receiver in her hand seems to be a common pose for some working girls. I think some of them go right for the nearest phone for one of these phantom conversations when they see a patrol car or if these good citizens just don't want foment civil unrest by committing the heinous dastardly crime of loitering. If she doesn't immediately want to interrupt the discussion with her imaginary friend I take this as a clue she may know about someone nearby that I haven't spotted.

My favorite bus bench is on the east side of Swenson just north of Twain. When young females park themselves there after dark I've found them interested in taking a ride with a Wastrel at least 80% of the time. Happens less often now than it did a few years ago, but still often enough that I go sightseeing there at four in the a.m. from time to time. Seems just about every gal I've met at that spot claims to be named Angel.

The bus stops are actually used by people waiting for a bus from time to time. One good way to status check (an old LA trick) is to come back around AFTER a bus has passed. Still there? Odds are good if there's only one line servicing the stop.

Nah - most of those discussions are the result of one tangent or another and just flow from there. I've yet to see one of them being the result of a topic starter.

Your absolutely right, I did have another score on the infamous Boulder Hwy. I'm not sure of the date, but I hooked up with the nice little WSW spinner in the white skirt that I had missed the night before. It was around 9pm right near Sam's Town. That's a very confusing area with several criss crossing streets, but I spotted her on the other side of the road and made a quick U-Turn. She remembered me from the night before, since I almost had her in my car then. We made the appropriate ID's and we were off to my place!

She wasted no time when I got through the door and we were down to the bare essentials in no time. The deal had already been struck for 3 Jacksons and she started with a little BBBJ action to get me to the height necessary for the next item on the agenda! Once covered, she mounted me like a wild woman. I had to control that situation and finished her off from behind!

Her name was Cat (short for Cathy) and she rotates the areas she goes to, sometimes hitting some of the downtown bars and parts of the strip.

You tell your Florida buddies you scored twice while you were last in Las Vegas but you only made a brief reference to meeting one little WSW named Mariana for ½&½ for a few Jacksons.

The mention was without a description of her physical appearance or condition of her body. The time and location were helpful to others on this site but if you want to see more action on this thread or forum, you should be more informative about your scores.

I think it is right squarely in the middle of the purpose of the board, even if some may not find it entertaining.

Hey Mongers,

I've spent a couple of weeks here, but there has not been much action on this thread. We've talked about swing clubs and getting busted, but not much action! Too bad, that's what I like reading about!

I had a few sitings near just South of 515 near Desert Inn Rd.a BSW and a WSW. Also, there was one nice slender BSW on the corner of Trop and Boulder Hwy on the SW corner. This was all between 7-9pm last night.

I also headed north toward on Boulder Hwy where it turns into Fremont and saw a few WSW possibilities just NW of Eastern. One had a partner and another had a pimp, but she was definitely available.

I didn't pick up on any last night, because I had other plans, but I'll be back from Florida in another 2 weeks and I'd like to see some action posts from all you experienced mongers!

I was thinking the same thing! Back to the appropriate focus! Anybody toured a bit further out by Castaways lately? One of my previous acquaintences called me up from a hotel kinda across the street from it. Although she said the area is sometimes used as a training area by Metro, it looked like a target rich environment...

Going back a few years, the last I remember was that only a few "chosen ones" were allowed the phone-call access. Chiefs, GM's, type of individuals. It may have changed - expanded or shrunk - since then with everything going computerized. But Metro used to have a property list of "priveledged individuals".

One of the first incarnations (mid 80's?) of the Metro-Security connection was the old CAT sytem. Crime Alert Terminal. Which consisted of a printer, modem & (your own dedicated outside) phoneline supplied by Metro thru a paid subscription.

I do know one thing - all this talk of LEO and history has given me a headache that I think only head will cure...

Ah, the good ole days...

About two or three years ago, while I was sitting next to him in the security office of a downtown property listening to him, a gaming property security guy did some kind of telephone check with Metro on an individual who I had a problem with. I don't know what that inquiry really included, and I imagine it might have simply been a check for local outstanding wants and warrants. She was apparently clean of whatever it was capable of revealing, and she was simply invited to leave the property freely on her own, or not so freely if she needed help making herself gone and staying that way.
