It's raining cats and dogs out there but the other head doesn't take a day off! After cruising around Boulder and Fremont with no luck I found BSW China near the Convention Center. 1/2 and 1/2 for .4 and one of my spare umbrellas. It's a mess out there right now so be careful.

CARSON CITY -- The Nevada Supreme Court on Wednesday will hear arguments about whether a Clark County anti-prostitution ordinance is unconstitutional.

A justice of the peace declared the ordinance unconstitutional last year, but a district judge disagreed.

Lawyers for $¢¢¢ $ $¢¢¢¢¢, a woman arrested and charged with "loitering for the purpose of prostitution," argue that the county's ordinance is too vague and "places arbitrary restrictions on personal liberties." The Clark County District Attorney's Office says the ordinance is clearly understood and does not encourage arbitrary arrests.

The ordinance makes it a misdemeanor to induce, solicit, entice or procure another person to commit an act of prostitution.

It says that someone can be considered to be doing this if he or she "repeatedly beckons to, stop, attempts to stop or engaged persons passing by in conversation, or repeatedly stops or attempts to stop motor vehicle operators by hailing, waiving of arms or other bodily gestures."

$¢¢¢¢¢ had been near Fremont and Atlantic Streets on Aug. 28, 2003, when Metro Detective J. Signorello drove by. According to the officer, he tried to make eye contact with $¢¢¢¢¢, and then drove into the parking lot at Denny's.

$¢¢¢¢¢ allegedly got into the car and said, "Hey honey, you dating?" Police say dating is a street term for soliciting prostitution. The detective allegedly said he was not dating.

According to Signorello, $¢¢¢¢¢ became nervous and said she was not dating either, then tried to get out of the car. Signorello identified himself as a detective and $¢¢¢¢¢ allegedly admitted to him that she had been offering him sex for money. She was arrested, and police then found that that there was a warrant outstanding from Henderson for $¢¢¢¢¢'s arrest on a prostitution charge as well.

Tufteland said $¢¢¢¢¢ standing on the street did not create probable cause for an arrest. "But when she entered the police car and asked if he 'dates,' the officer had probable cause," Tufteland said. Burke said the ordinance does not provide sufficient guidance as to what is prohibited.

She said it could be used to arrest people who have done absolutely nothing illegal. As an example, she said a female visitor to Las Vegas "who happens to have the bad taste to dress in flashy, cheap and somewhat revealing clothing" might be on the Las Vegas Strip trying to find her friends. Thinking she sees her friends, she "beckons," but is mistaken.

It was across from the Castaway's, which is due to be imploded early next year. But I see that she'd also been busted for working in Henderson, which would no doubt have been out on the southeast part of the Boulder Strip.

Trolling for street walkers is a very unpredictable business in this fair valley. For years I've done it at every hour of the day and night. There has never been any notable patterns or hot spots (other than Fremont Street from dusk to dawn when they were thick as coakroaches before Oscar's cleanup). Some days plenty of providers. Other days slim pickings. But even on the hottest summer day or coldest winter night, you'll find a few hearty souls out there plying their wares. Then there are a few days like today: a virtual Bonanza.

I felt like a little B/H cruise this afternoon. Not really looking for anything. Just a little window shopping and a few brewskies. First stop the Stadium about 16:00 (that's 4pm for you medical types). EUREKA ! Four speed queens present for duty. One outside on the veranda I didn't know. One inside the laundromat I got to know. And two in the bar I know very well, a spitter and a swallower. I paid my respects and bot each of them a domestic beer of their choice. After a short exchange of pleasantries I thought what the hell, how often does such any opportunity avail itself. Better two in the hand today than 32 in the bush tomorrow. I gave into my carnal a-dick-tions. I invited the spitter for a meeting with Saint Peter.

I chose the spitter because: a) I had had the swallower on Monday. b) I hadn't seen the spitter in six months. c) they are equal artists both enjoying skull fucking and deep throating. d) I owed the spitter one as she tipped me off to a serious deal going down I didn't want to be a party to. She was quite happy to see Saint Peter again and didn't fail me. I rewarded her with two Jacksons. You heard me, TWO. One for current services rendered and one for her stand up warning the last time I saw her.

I headed North on the B/H about 4:30. First sighting B/H and Flamingo bus shelter. Three walking on the east side and one on the west side between Flamingo and DI. One at the DI bus shelter. Nothing till St Louis then one at EVERY Bus shelter to Charleston. Three walking between the Lamplighter and Dennys plus one on the Showboat side. Up Fremont the normal gaggle of pimps and drug dealers around 15th then 3 unknown and 2 familiar providers as far as 8th and a Brewski stop at the Western (about 6 regulars and an equal number of weekend warriors).

Did the return trip to the Stadium. Similar sightings on the return with the most target rich enviornment being the strech from Charleston past the Showboat. There were 6 to 8 there on each of four passes I made between 4:30 and 6:30 (that's 0 dark 30 for you L/E types). For you doubting types, these are positive ID's. I do the customary honk and wave. When they wave back I know they're working. And I stopped and chatted with a couple to introduce myself for future ease of application. And when you see the same girl sitting at the same bus stop over two hours, you know she's not waiting for a bus.

On return to the Stadium, three of the four girls were engaged. I got a chance to chat it up with the one I didn't know. Laid the groundwork for a future engagement by allowing her to have a domestic beer of her choice. I did the complete loop again and a simialr target count. Only one black and white the entire tour and that was about 7p at a 13th and Fremont ho shake down.

What a day. Feast or famine. When it rains it pours. This must be an example of trickle down economics or all you mongers are over paying them on the strip whilst these poor B/H girls are starving. As for me, I'm starting a concerted sperm management program to try and feed as many of these street waifs as my old testicles will allow.

Its not like the cops don't know where the strolls that are active are. They know before anyone can post the info on this board. The cops that are tasked to patrol for sws also know better than anyone else what they look like and where they take their sponsors.

I like the open postings so I can check out the quality of the street action. Then if I'm going to try to pick a sw, I can scout for LE, pimps, and any other trouble around the location before I go in for a pickup.

I don't just go in and ask if the girl wants a ride as soon as I spot her. Maybe I'm too cautious but I sure don't want to have to fly back to LV to appear in court for soliciting or loitering.

Now info such as phone digits and specific acts with names should only be given by email or PM. This info should never be an open broadcast. Since these are usually fixed locations or long term numbers, to expose them in an open forum would be to make them targets for LE.

I was actually in the area earlier today around 3pm. I wasn't exactly on a pussy hunt, but my line of work brings me to that area about every other day so I stroll when I can. Saw several SW's this afternoon, borderline worth-the-stop H/WSW's walking around, obvious crack hos. Crack hos are fine, but when they're over 40 with meth'd out faces with questionable hygiene, count me out. One obvious BSW on Sierra Vista, tall girl, high heels and glitter mini skirt in broad daylight. She may as well have had a spotlight flashling right on her ass she was attracting so much attention. Several resident onlookers were watching her strut by as well.

No sooner than fifteen minutes of driving around, LE was patrolling the area, HEAVILY. I passed by a couple of patrol cars as I was driving my ass out of there, and it was clear they were glancing inside my car as I drove by. I got out of there QUICK. Careful guys, LE IS present. This is a good area, but there are a LOT of hiding places for the LE it seems. A lot of cars are parked in between buildings and in the streets, making it difficult to spot unmarked sadans. I always make sure I drive by the girl at least a couple of times before making the stop. As easy it is for you to maneuver your way out of the area, an LE can sneak up on your ass just as easy.

The loop from Paradise/Sierra Vista to Swenson/Twain has yielded many fine SW with little interference from LEO. The other night I met India, nice tight body, for some car action. She gives a great BBBJ and offered her digits when I have more time available and want to sample her other assets. I found India after striking out for nearly an hour. I found a cute blonde at the 7-11 on Paradise...she waved me down but then motioned for me to wait while she finished up a phone call. I waited 30 seconds in the McDs parking lot and then bolted, either she's interested or not, but I'm not sitting around attracting attention while she chats away on the phone.

I'll be returning to the area during my next free evening for more fun.

Let me thank whoever it was who pointed out this area. It might have been Wastrel, I can't recall, someone posted a map. Anyway, it is a nice small loop (unlike downtown) on small streets (unlike Boulder Highway) making it easy to stay safe but maneuver quickly. It has to be my new favorite hunting grounds hands-down. Followed by Boulder and then downtown. I have NEVER had any luck on the Trop/Industrial route.

But there were some notable exceptions. Such as Kat, a toothless wonder who could gum the chrome off a trailer hitch. She actually quivered in excitement as she drained your last drop of life's sustanance for a Jackson.

I tried to look up Jimmy on my summer sojourn to Reno. It was rumored he was bartending in Beaty. Rumor confirmed. He was working at the Burro Inn but they had closed their doors a week prior to my visit.

P.S. I appreciated the reports from Bubby & Speck from their visits. Seems they've got a good bit of the local SW game mapped out pretty well. Must have invested a lot of time on past expeditions or done a lot of reading here, compared to most visitors. I think I know little red Jennifer from Bubby's night #1. I think I hooked up with her at exactly the same corner, 'bout a block or so up from the South Cove Apts, more than a year ago, maybe two, when she'd just arrived in town. Not that you'd likely care about that, but glad to hear she's around if it's the same one. Seemed like she was (and perhaps still is) a pretty nice girl for someone doing business there.

I laugh and take off. I should note that I'm driving a heavily modified (exterior and interior), high end import with california plates. There is basically zero chance that Metro has a car like this unless they confiscated it, in which case it would be a mad dash amoungst Metro Officers as to which one would get to keep the ride for their personal use.

Years ago the Gang Diversion Unit, as it was called back then, used to just take cars out of impound and use them for work. Some had out of state plates, some were in the middle of being picked apart. The vehicles were mainly from heavy drug and/or gang related events and they were used to "blend" in with the area.

I got a ride in one of them rides once. Had no seats and the two dudes were sitting on milk crates. Next time I saw them they were in a black Benz w/ CA plates. They were an interesting pair...

Yea, they were going to call it "Jerry Lewis Drive", but considering he got busted driving under the influence in the past, they thought it would attract drunk dirvers.

Good sightings Dr Spock, i mean Speck...Funny, that reaction to your car. Who knows, maybe she saw Metro somewhere and wanted to not get in a car at that time. You're 'unexpected' location used to be one of my favorite tracks. While they worked hard at cleaning it up, in my opinion anytime there's weekly apartments, there's potential for action. I also saw some potential at the AM/PM around Charleston/Casino Center...

Stayed in Vegas the last few days, the last couple in downtown.

Lots of sw around downtown, on Stewart, Ogden, Fremont, and Carson as well as side streets. Not many LE, but when they were there, they were extremely attentive. Not much quality, and any decent sw I did see got picked up really quick. There was one decent wsw, youngish, and cute. Nice body...about a 6 overall, but the type that could clean up to a Sunset Bl(Hollywood, CA) quality girl. I make eye contact and pull around the block. I roll down my window and smile. I never even got close. I did get close to one red head. Far away honey. As she got close to my car, I could see she was a bit weathered. Still, I was horny as hell and was ready to let her in. Finally, by pure chance, I came across a few sw in an unexpected area. On my way out of town I exited at tropicana to get food. I stopped at Wendys across from Wild West Gambling Hall. There was a cracked out girl begging money from cars. She looked good, but weathered. Actually, she was pretty damm hot, but had all the markings of a really bad drug abuser. I have no idea how a girl that looks like this winds up on the streets since most girls in her situation keep it together enough to work as a stripper or get a sugar daddy or something. Abcesses, scars, track marks. Still, I woulda taken a BJ. Basically she just ran around the parking lot barking loudly about how no one would give her a measly fifty cents. There was no place to discuss business as there was a ton of people there. I also saw a definite sw croosing the street from wendys and two more as I turned right from Tropicana onto the street that runs next to the freeway.

What phones are in operation in this city? Non that i know of. Anyway, If LE are to enforce the loitering enforcement, it doesnt seem worth their time considering other crimes are being committed in this fine city. If i was a SW, i would certainly act as if im using a phone when LE cruises by.

Incidently, I would think that SW would know better to prop a phone that says " not in service".

Ok, figure i edit this post. Saw a WSW near the Crossroads shopping center. Pretty good looking, but a driver in a black Ford Explorer beat me to it. She looked twice as if she was re considering her options. But to no avail, she hopped in the SUV with a black guy. I'm sure if if i had some crack to entice her with, she would have hopped in my car..lol! Anyway, no luck so i figured i get some food instead
