Yes IB is full service according to their site they do cover Concord so, it isnt such a far drive from Charlotte. I did try one of the services in the adult guide, that are in the strip club lobbies. The only good service I used was Innovative Beauties they service to Concord now I believe now and, it is incall there. They give you a flat rate with no BS. They have a website just type their name and add .com. Hope this helps I used to live in Charlotte and, got burned by several agencies there.
