As the moderator of this forum I'll throw in my experience. Generally speaking theses have to be made 2/3 weeks out as most of us have other obligations. That's why the appeal of websites like EB and ones who partake, the SW scene is so appealing. That is, it's on your time. I can generally play afternoons while I am at the "gym". While others have playtime limited to a "long lunch" or weekends. If we truly want this to happen we need to set a date in stone and limit invites via PMs as LEO has used theses before in other cites (Tampa) to kill four to six birds with one sting. Furthermore, a rate around 120/140 per person should be very reasonable if we get 4/6 guys who are 110 percent down. I'd also am Leary of having this at a hotel especially around derby. I'll take the Raines after derby and I have a place I can host near the Costco on Bardstown rd. Now we need to find a girl who'd be down I do have a few Candidates but were talking higher end streetwalkers or lower end 100 an hour escorts who'd be down. That's the worst part, most of the girls who'd be down for this flake after getting there medication for the day. Just my two cents. Tips out.

If a well known provider is down she could make 500/700 in one night and we could set it up monthly. So as I know some providers do read this forum and if a provider would be down pm me.
