Said she's done and it was reported in the angel thread #573 that she was done. Like this guy said you should be seeing nara as much as you can and get her number while she is here so you don't have to keep asking about her when she's gone.

There are at least three Stellas that I know of.

One was an independent massage therapist that also did nuru massages for a little while and two other women were at different AMP places. I have no idea where any of them are today.

He gives her a lot of money so she doesn't need to work this job anymore. She said she quit the job, but as soon as he stops giving her money, she'll be back. Her gambling addiction is way too strong.

If you're referring to the former downtown street provider who used the names Tamaya, Tika, T and sometimes Juju, and was tall, in her twenties and part black, I've been wondering myself where she went. She's in my Provider Hall of Fame, and I still occasionally daydream of her, but the last time I mentioned her in any of my posts was almost fifteen months ago. She had previously told me that she once went on a trip to work as a provider on the mainland, so perhaps she's a mainland provider now. She also had previously told me that she was working at a restaurant, so maybe she's become long-term legit.
