The energy narcissists feed on in big cities is a colder and selfish energy because basically in big cities, narcissists are feeding on weaker narcissists. When these "working girls" come to work in Hawaii, they get a taste of a high quality empath, and they keep coming back for more. Eventually though, the narcissist gets bored after sucking all the energy out of the empath and / or the empath realizes the narcissist vampire draining his / her energy and moves on and stops seeing the narcissist. Not all working girls are narcissists and not all Hawaii people are empaths. Because where there is a large empathic "Aloha" population, there are narcissist vampires living amongst them to take advantage of them and drain them.
