I don't like black mini-vans. At best they have a pimp. They usually park far out to disassociate the car and them. Say they hide their take in the car. And the car cannot be impounded. So they should be careful at their command centre, as bad as stopping in the main road to try picking them up.

15 min before me? When I 1st saw them, they are walking south from 22 to Westminster, then down to 1st. And they must have a hard time getting there, getting picked up / attempted pick up all the time. Well I was there probably before 5, so I could have messed up the time line.

Technique? Too academic in these situations. The 1st U-turn I was too decent. I got 30 min of punishment. The 2nd U-turn, I just cut in no matter what. I don't even remember if that's a legal turn.

I saw the same two about 15 minutes earlier. They were exactly as you described but were going to their black mini-van??!! parked in the large shopping center parking lot just south of Edinger. I tried to make eye contact and even pulled up next to their van, but they just ignored me. You must have better skills than I.

It was just after 5pm, I passed I5 but made a detour to check out the place. Before that I was in Holts in San Bern, then SGV East(Ponoma) and West(Pasadena), all in the reports.

I saw this tag team walking south towards Westminster. I dropped my jaw. One black one Latina. The black one is usually fit, slim doll in fancy short skirts. The Latina is cheerleader material. I haven't seen such dolls for a long time in Harbor. I looked at the Latina with my jaw open, she looked back smiling but not eye to eye. She's not soliciting. She's in short skirt but not fancy. I U-turned immediately but the traffic is too heavy and I lost them.

I'm a semi-local here and what I've noticed is SWs are still on Harbor but migrating. I was at Baja Fresh on Harbor and saw 2 SWs. One was white (late 20s or early 30s). The girl had sunglass on and was a 7.5/10 (or 9/10 if you want to use the inflated SW scale). The other girl was black with big booty. She had on tights, but she was not as hot as some of the black ladies that you see at your usual Harbor local.

Nothing really new, but I write this report for 2 reasons. First to show that I'm active so someone might just throw digits to me. (of course I have someone's in mind). Second to show that I'm crusing harbor as usual, nothing happening to me yet.

Friday, video day, but one of my Asian stars is in Vegas. Bad luck. Two Asian places in CL met my eyes. If you don't check them out, you may never know. The Irvine pictures are pointless. I think they are just another or the same apartments in the past, I passed. The GG pictures are a little bit better. I called and mami told me that they are in a house, which seemed odd. When she told me that they are at 1st and Westminster, I was too keen to get there instead of thinking about it.

Harbor has been picking up with the warm weather. I saw black girls out at 5 pm. But black girls are just too visible at the time. I also saw patrols cars wasting no time to talk to them. I also saw some decent ones with walkie beside their ears all the time listening to their pimps - sunset style operation. However, the girls aren't sunset material.

So I drove up Harbor towards 1st. Then I spotedt a school girl going home walking down Harbor. If that's a school girl among so many at 4pm, I would not have mentioned it.
