I felt like telling him to just make sure there were no cops getting paid overtime who "aren't" here. Ah, but thought better of it and just proceded home. Jerked off and called it a night. Wallet no worse for wear.

Those DUI road blocks on Nimitz as so. Why don't they go after the homeless people living yards away! They are stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars of copper, get hit by cars and trucks, causing a hazard to drivers. Selling and using drugs, drinks while watching the road blocks. Stealing from near by businesses, and cars. Stabbing and fight with each other. Not to mention all the crimes in the area, breaking into cars, stealing fuel, breaking into the building, pissing and shitting in the water and grass, it smells so bad. Cooking under the freeway, starting fires under the freeway and damaging the cement (cracks). Even the State highways say they have to conduct inspections. They should do a sweep of the are first then start the check points. Stop harassing the area residents, legal housed residents!

Got pulled over this past Thursday, freaking out had one beer Had to take sober test and passed. Cop asked if I drank and I was honest, only hade one. He let me go and told me I got pulled because I did a rolling stop. Didn't go out this weekend cause was a little freaked out and of course Labor Day roadblocks. If, as in the examples posted, you are parked on a public street, what are you going to do when the cop tells you to move it? You have a big dilemma. If you are still drunk, and you start the car, game over. What then? Call for a tow truck?

Yeah, this still holds. Someone got busted under the new cellphone law. She pulled over and was stopped on the shoulder lane with the car running but in Park. Cop wrote the ticket and told her if the motor is running, she was in control of the vehicle and thus a violation.

Also, consider the circumstances. If your car is parked nearby the bar, you're probably okay. It can't be proved you drove intoxicated. But if you are nowhere near a bar, logic says you had to drive this car drunk to get to your present location.

Wow unreal heard it all already. Hear you can even get DUI for just walking only thing its not DUI it WUI. Cause your drunk. I heard even if you sleep in the driver seat you still get DUI you have to be sleeping in the passenger seat with the key out.
