I don't do too many firing of my bazooka these days due to the fact honey Fox is my main squeeze. And I am banging two other ladies on the side, one at Starlite and one at 904. That is more than enough I would say. Who is this Sandra you are talking about? If she is a nice looking princess looking for young bazooka. I might take a chance to satisfy her. Telling you guys, the whole KB landscape going change. Different era now on Kapiolani. Sad. Oh well, hopefully Kalihi will continue to be strong to support some of our fellow brethen watering holes. I can't imagine what our KBG would do with a square life.

Like many Kakaako luxury condos. They probably have their security personnel to patrol the perimeter area once is completed. Homeless people and bums won't be hanging around, making the place is safer than it is now. However there won't be anymore bars in the neighborhood that is for sure. A hotel / condo will be put up on the Makaloa lot. Any bars on that lot will soon be under demo and replaced with high rises. Kalihi is going to be the capital of KBs. Kapiolani bars will be gone after one and another.

You know how they put an exotic car dealership in Symphony and a restaurant in 909 Kapiolani? You think they might build a miniature Ginza West at the station? Just a desperate thought. We need new mongering options to go with the changes of today.

Developer is aware of drainage, underground, and sewer problems to be encountered during excavation and construction. However, responding to the above, there is probably no defined direction developer is heading; possibly a mixed-use strategy would be prudent but not very cost-effective. Anyway, maybe they going use Makaloa as one gateway ingress / egress for one park or neighborhood community center; but with the bums around no sound too good and for sure nobody going spend money for live next to one homeless enclave with businesses of ill repute close by. Going be hard and expensive for develop the place; I wouldn't buy one place over there (the maintenance fee going be sky high). Any other ideas?

Vegas was so slow when Kelly, Donna, Meji running the show, lack of girls was the main reason why. I doubt the place would be blooming when there is no princesses around. Don't know much about SnS mama. Heard most of her girls is at splash now. Vegas is just too big, lack of girls made the place look like a ghosttown before.

Was contacted recently from a fellow monger regarding intel on this part time bartender / kbg. Your pm was inadvertently deleted. Would love to share information regarding her well organized business and the many boyfriends she entertains at her South street condominium.

She and plenty other KBGs do that kine stuff. That's what they do and it's not like they neva do it in the past. Working in the KBs just one venue to make the contacts for 'home champagne' ($2-3; cheap is $1. 6) and for taxi / gas money. The real money is in the independent contractor, outside horse stables. Of course, IMO only.

Yes, and it looked like the Suzie's building is all cleared away. I never thought I'd see the day when EG would be fenced-in; next trippy thing will be to see the building cleared away. What are they going to do with that segment of Makaloa Street? Will it be eliminated like they did with the similar segment of Rycroft Street, when the Superblock was created?
