'Tis the season when I stop visiting a variety of AMPs because they have historically refused to keep the thermostat at a reasonable temperature for late Fall / Winter / early spring. So, potentially, say there are just THREE other guys like me, that's $480 to $560 monthly. Seems to me, that MIGHT just pay the extra heating cost to keep the rooms 68 to 70 degrees.

P.S. BTW owners, cranking the heat for a customer upon arrival does nothing for that customer. Maybe the next guy will luck out, but if all the furniture, sheets, and towels are low sixties, nothing is going to be warm at the end of an hour visit.
