We are so extremely easily replaced that stealing literally any amount is a reasonable calculation for her... even if we think we're a great client that she'd want to retain. Because she's willing to give it all up, and is pretty amazingly good, she has unlimited customers lined up.

The main advice I'd give her are to get better pictures. The ones she use look really harsh and make her look tough when she's actually far cuter and girl next door in person.

Better pics would def help, but more importantly being a better professional. She just isn't a real pro. Man, sometimes the vets may not look the greatest but from the booking I process / response time to being extremely punctual to giving excellent service like a real pro. That stuff really matters. Kinsi, OLG, etc are vets vets. And I just appreciate dealing with them.

Yeah I agree getting a hold of her is like getting a cavity fixed with no pain killer. The whole only email thing is a PITA and she'll go days without responding then suddenly "Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier but I'm available now if you like to meet."
