I read something similar to that somewhere else. Breitbart us about as close to propaganda as you can get but in this instance I'm consider this article actual reporting.

Porn sites still exist and still make good money. Are they getting more extreme? Some of them yes, 15 years ago you'd never think to find a video of a girl with her arm elbow deep in another girls ass fist fucking her til her asshole falls out. There's certainly more extreme, graphic, and depraved stuff but why not get paid for it. As long as there are kinky girls who want money they'll be porn. Plus, as long as you have a solid setup and scenario it doesn't have to be dirtygardengirl calibre stuff.

Now this is just my opinion but I believe the business model for porn has changed to the same business model this site uses, that is advertising and click through's. I am not saying don't do it or do do it instead I am saying what other are saying evaluate the business model first. Some of the top sites have feedback areas where you can ask questions about this type of stuff.

Absolutely, the trend now is toward amateur and creating rising starlets. Either that our progressively more extreme and hardcore acts. I have GIGs of downloaded porn on several Terabyte HDDs that when I last moved I packed them up and stuck them in the attic which was about 2 years ago. You are correct that the SIN that built the internet is now a commodity that is downloaded, watched, and then thrown away. 7+ years ago I paid some websites to download porn but never again, all I need is a search term and Google and I can find all the free production porn I want.

I wish anyone trying to start a company creating porn content good luck, but I doubt they will make enough to cover even meager production costs.

It's not "most likely" you'll need to form an LLC, it's "most DEFINITELY" unless you want to put all your assets up for potential seizure. The record keeping I spoke of is proof of legal name and legal age for anyone appearing in the videos. You have to make that available for inspection by the feds at anytime. You'll enter a nightmare of record keeping. The Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act (or 2257 Regs) will keep you busy for a year (it's a good law with good intentions). You're then going to have to get consent forms from the actors allowing you to distribute their likeness and image for commercial purposes. If not, they'll come back a year later and demand 100 % of the profit. In addition to that, you'll need liability insurance (if you can find it). There's a reason why Pornhub is mainly advertisements for professional websites and studios. They can afford the upfront cost. If you want to make a small fortune in porn, start with a big fortune.
