I read something similar to that somewhere else. Breitbart us about as close to propaganda as you can get but in this instance I'm consider this article actual reporting.

Porn sites still exist and still make good money. Are they getting more extreme? Some of them yes, 15 years ago you'd never think to find a video of a girl with her arm elbow deep in another girls ass fist fucking her til her asshole falls out. There's certainly more extreme, graphic, and depraved stuff but why not get paid for it. As long as there are kinky girls who want money they'll be porn. Plus, as long as you have a solid setup and scenario it doesn't have to be dirtygardengirl calibre stuff.

Absolutely, the trend now is toward amateur and creating rising starlets. Either that our progressively more extreme and hardcore acts. Hotkinkyjo taking a girls entire arm in get asshole wouldn't have even been contemplated 10 years ago. We've all seen Jessie Jane get fucked in the ass countless times by all sorts of dicks. People want literally the girl next door or the random girl at the bar.

We have a name for the site, we have an idea for the name of the company, we've begun getting the legal stuff together. Right now we need girls who are willing to fuck on camera for cheap. Can't start a site without girls and videos.

A good case scenario would be to have some success then seLloyd the rights and name to a larger company. Best case we create a dynasty. One can only hope though.

    Not a dying industry

I wish anyone trying to start a company creating porn content good luck, but I doubt they will make enough to cover even meager production costs.

Thank the "free XXX" websites. Thousands of hours of free spank material.

Playboy dropped nudity because it cost them an arm and a leg and they realized they were trying to sell something that was free on the web.

If you think that those "audition" videos are really "audition" videos, I have a bridge that I want to sell. Anyone who doesn't get a model release, is an idiot. The model has to be paid, even if it is only a dollar, for that release to be a contract so that the producer can use the footage.

Be sure to investigate the zoning laws for your studio location. In Cincinnati a married couple got arrested for doing on-line porn. They would do live shows of themselves and had videos available from previous shows on-demand. The prosecutor got them because they were shooting the videos in their home, which was not zoned for a commercial enterprise. They plead out then disappeared.

Shooting porn sounds cool. It is a lot of work for little return. Plus, today's viewers are pretty discriminate and you would have to invest at least $20 K in equipment for shooting and editing. If you are serious, PM me, I sell the stuff you need to start up. Get the equipment, then run an ad on BP "Looking for Adult Movie Actors" and sit back and see what shows up. Be prepared for a lot of fugly women and men wanting to fuck on video for money.

Why Do You Want to Get into a Dying Industry?

I don't want to discourage you, but you're likely a small fish in a river of alligators and snakes if you plan to operate in Lexington. The porn video industry is dominated by the deep pocketed guys in L. A or NYC where the talent is bottomless (no pun intended). The comment that you'll "most likely" have to form an LLC leads me to think you're in deep water. Not being a prick, but the dream is just that.

P.S. Watch out for Pornhub as they'll sucker you in and offer to hook you up with "professional" assistance in getting your own production company started for a low low price of $x,xxx. 00.
I'm doing my research, I do appreciate your advice and recommendations though. Any help or info is appreciated.

    Legal end

There's a reason why Pornhub is mainly advertisements for professional websites and studios. They can afford the upfront cost. If you want to make a small fortune in porn, start with a big fortune.

I can give you off the record advice legally in exchange for you paying for a test drive with potential ladies. Now that's a deal you won't get from Morgan & Morgan.

    So

I didn't say you would need to post them. Heck, not sure you'd even need to take any videos unless you wanted to have your own porn library. For myself, I wouldn't want to be in the video. Way too many ways for that shit to get out into the world. I am sure that the vids on the sites have all the contractual t's crossed and I's dotted else as you say, you'd have the lady and her lawyer knocking on your fake office door. LOL.

My bet would be the girls got paid for their performance and signed a doc giving the promoter the rights to the video.

I figured UTR girls are most likely but I'm sure some of the ladies on here would be interested. You guys have any recommendations?
