Very possible. I pursue the ones who allow e-mail. Usually, I can tell by their writing if they're legit for encounters.

One time, I found a very literate non-pro who turned out to have cold feet and we never met. We e-mailed, chatted on the phone, got her pic, but in the end, she decided not to meet. She had potential. Oh, well, the seach continues for the gems.

If a girl is posting on C-List , and she has 4 photos on her ad; the photos look studio quality, (photographers sheet background), but in each photo she is fully clothed in normal ( non-seductive ) clothing , would that raise anyone's antenna ( the one hooked to the big head ) that this might be a LE set-up ?

Yes it could be an LE set-up, but it could also be some sort of an escort agency (rather than an independent) that practices the old "bait & switch" technique, by using professional photos of a very attractive woman (who may be just a model, and who does not know that her photos are being used for this purpose) to hook you into calling the agency, then sends out a regular female employee who may or may not look anything like the model in the photos.

In both cases, I would be very careful before proceeding.

I was intending on posting more details and such in this thread...but life was going too fast.

Basically, I found that Craigs works out damn well, especially if visiting else where.

Putting up an ad is hit or miss. There are tons of lurkers out there, and its not easy to get contacts. Even when you get contacts, you have to further reel them in for the 1st meet up (not even a session!). Hell, two of the ones with smoking hot photos gave me their phone numbers and we talked a few times, but never turned into an actual date.

(I'm tempted to post the pics for fun).

A quick note about myself. I'm a bit tired of the game these days. I love to fuck, but dammit, its starting to get a bit boring. While other guys I know at this point retire or delve into more freaky levels of perversion, I find that I just want a modicum of dalliance...amorous play. Yes, I need a bit of romance! LOL.

I eventually settled down to 2 candidates. Mel and Delilah (a college student in NYC).

Mel is a non-pro, light skinned black girl about 25. Her name isn't Mel, of course. Real intelligent and we vibed well. By phone and email, things were great. I set up a real romantic evening. We met for dessert, drinks and coffee in the South End and had a grand time talking there. Even went for a walk afterwards and made out for a bit in my car...haven't done that in ages. Mel was a college educated single, working successfully in her field. Found out she was a school teacher.

I splurged that night and got a nice room at the Goodwin ahead of time. It was splendid...I had the roomed a bit decked out with wine, and soft music. until we started at it. Way too self conscious despite the alcholic lubrication liberally applied before hand. We laughed about it, but I could tell this wasn't going to work. Frankly, she was damn boring after a while...too unflexible.

The girl was certainly hot enough looking (8.0 on the Stoner scale), yet no fireworks.

So the Craigs list ad experiment we petering out with not much to show for it...until I finally hooked up with the college student from NYC, Delilah.

Great to see this topic here. I only stumbled upon the C thing while perusing another area board here before going on a trip and trying to line something up for when I was there.

I responded to a few, then posted my own and had two good choices.

One was a pro that I had responded to, and the other a bored married gal that responded to my posting.
It was far beyond all my expectations and had a good couple of days of fun.

There's something about listening to someone talk about their workaholic millionaire doctor husband that doesn't take the time to satisy them that is a great lift to the spirts so to speak.

I've tried the local area since then and haven't had much luck. Gotta get the word out to the horny women in this area I guess.

I've not hit CL while travelling. I've been in a weird spot as of recent. Too many pots on the stove, and when one was ready...they all were at the same time.

It all started when my long time ATF went back to her ex. With a tearful good bye, she left the state.

So, I took a small hiatus for a little while. Mainly to recharge up the slush fund, but also to watch and see how things go for a little while. Of course, I made little forays here and there to see whats going on and whats possible. You know...putting a few feelers out there and seeing what bites.

My ad mentioned nothing overtly illegal, btw. No vague hints either. I was specific about just an erotic massage. I also included a small perk that will cost me next to nothing, and, if anything, earn me some side cash and benefits.

Bottom line of the ad...I got lots of responses because I think my ad stirred pot for those who want more of a long term thing. Not quite a kept woman, but ones interested in having a few steady clients that they can trust.

Here is what I found:
16 responses total
2 were pros
3 bachelor students from local colleges
1 bachelor student/semi-pro
1 grad student
1 nanny
3 semi-pros
2 stay at home moms/ non-pro
3 non-pro amatuers/ single/ no kids

I sifted via email with several, and then via phone.

Eventually met up with:
1 bachelor student/semi-pro
2 non-pro amatuers/single
1 grad student (UCONN)
1 Nanny (3 yrs college)

Now, something interesting...of all the responses, only 3 were from Connecticut! Almost all of the responses were from Mass or NY!

I'll be honest, I was worried about a reverse sting. My ad was generic enough, but this was at the same time that the fiasco in NYC. So, I made sure to keep my game tight regarding the sifting process. No spoon was going to get sticked in any cereal bowl until I met with her for a extended period and see exactly what she was about. I was definitely cognizant of a possible sting, and made extra sure to keep everything above board to ensure this. No discussion of sex or exchanges.

With the sifting process, what I learned worked was to be patient, ask for specific details, and keep things professional yet warm and inviting. I was clear about this was them meeting me in my area, and not the other way around, and that this was a position, not just a hit and run. All were enthused by this. All of the "finalists" were willing to come my way.

Next time, I'll post how it went with the various candidates.
