Lowkeyg has a valid point. I fail with technology most of the time. Looks like we might need the millennials and they might need the boomers occasionally too.
I'm not sure if PrivateParts is a millennial or boomer but will all owe him a big thanks for the New Member Guide.
The New Member Guide brings a lot of common sense to the hobby for all of us.

And just to "stay on topic," I agree. I was the new guy once. I used common sense got some advice from some more experienced dudes in regards to proper "etiquette" and boom. I have had 2 bad experiences. 1 not even in this state (and was 100% my own idiot fault for getting complacent outside my home territory) and the other was more me being butthurt that these girls don't actually give a fuck about us despite what they may tell us. Yeah yeah, live and learn. It really, really is not too hard to not be stupid in the monger game.
Don't take me too seriously folks. I am here for the lulzy shitposting. <3.

Posts: 928Not to distract from the Ivy Intrigue, but I just read a hilarious whine, in the massage section, where a guy complained about another guy adding his " unasked 2 cents" by adding his unasked 2 cents! Fucking Junior High Hilarity!
A Monger Forum Classic! Kudos Sir!

In other words, did you sh* or did you get off the pot?
Full disclosure. I have never seen Ivy / Barbie, but have made a few unsuccessful runs at her.

Okay. Enough is enough. I've been reading a lot about this Ivy, her hand issue, the lawsuit that she could have had, and so on and so forth. The issue with everyone posting about her is that. No ONE has given a new and recent (like in the last week of how she is in person since her return?) You know like personal details and so on. If none of you are going to take the leap for the team? Then stop talking about her, because your just wasting our time, when we read the new post on the board. Either sh*t, or get off the pot? I hope that, I don't get dinged for this but I'm getting tired of guys asking about her without manning up and taking a leap like the rest of us have! For the love. Just do it already and stop talking about her and asking about her. Good grief! So many guys ask about someone, without giving any info back at all. I might be fairly new to this site, but I've been a monger for years. I'm tired of lazy people asking for info, to find out they haven't shared anything at all. That's not how this site works. I have used this site the entire time I have been a monger, and it has paid off huge.
It's all about give and take. Not just ask, ask, ask, ask. We all learn from each other.

As we see and experience the laziest people I often refer to as millennials weather they are or not, we have to deal with it here too not just in the work place.
A few years ago new members were being attacked frequently on this Grand Rapids site for asking for everything and not working with us to create a better community.
A2 brought it to our attention, senior members are the minority, lurkers are the majority and new members fall in-between. We need them to help sustain the site. All of us are part of a unique ecosystem. If it wasn't for the lurkers and newbies we wouldn't have this site working for any of us.
A2 wants us to be nice, not always accommodating but politely say RTFF. Hard for me to do but it's necessary for us to encourage newbies to participate.
A hat tipo to Private Parts for creating and monitoring The New Member Guide. The guide has given us a polite why to say I'm not holding your hand but I will guide you through. It would have been nice for all of us to have that guidance in the beginning.
Encourage and train the newbies and we will have a better team in the long run.
Unfortunately the millennials are getting better at doing nothing but jerking off while we do the work.
Just keep encouraging them to use the tools created by our team. Primarily The New Member Guide.
Thank you Private Parts and all those who contribute to the New Member Guide and every other area of usasexguide.

I'm with you Monger01. I get sick of it too even though I'm probably guilty of spoon feeding too often. The truth of the matter is some guys aren't lazy, they're just stupid. Ignorant is too kind. When will guys learn it takes more effort to post a question than it does to do a simple search and find your own answer immediately? I mean if they don't know how to scroll down (or God forbid look at the next page) how do expect them to see a posted reply that might not come until a day or two later? There was one mind blowing example today where a respected senior member was too nice in his reply when he should have kept it as RTFF (read the f*ing forum).
Maybe some folks are easily confused with things like computers, the internet, or how this Ed Sullivan fellow appears in his family room via a magic box. But yet, somehow they managed to find plenty of escort websites and made it this far to join this forum? Baffling. But I'm all for helping, but it should be like math. Don't just ask for the answer, ask how to solve the problem.
