Yep, you have to pay to play. What I do is, get a month and I get so many numbers it takes a few months to get up with all of them, every now then you find a gem and only need one number. If you are trying to be discreet get you a store credit card (like Bass Proshop, but something you can shop online with) something with a low limit have the bill paperless so it don't go to your home.
