Has anyone broke her code with these 800 different prices. When I asked her directly she was kind of elusive. If none of these options are a big upgrade from standard, not worth my effort or money.

What they want is for another provider you have seen before to vouch for you. Most respectable providers are willing to do this after you have seen them, but always ask them first if they mind doing it before you give another provider their contact info for the reference. Also. It's usually not good etiquette to use a provider for a reference when you haven't seen them for like 6+ months.
