I think it's a TGTBT scenario bro. To me, the photos just look too professional as in maybe some streaming video game girl with an only fans. I agree with all of the probable scam flags except the non-local area code. In there days people move their cell numbers with them. Half of the people I know IRL have wrong area code for where they live.

It's most definitely a scam. I took the chance today to go see for myself, the ad was very enticing and seemed legit since the page was verified, but once I arrived after asking if she required a deposit, she hit me with the "send the donation while I get dressed" line.
