Drove past. Pretty sure the "Open " sign was on but when I called, no answer. Anyone know for sure?

When I was there about a week ago only Kay was available. She stated Connie was on vacation. Didn't see any other ladies there when I was there. Also I did notice the "open" sign on when I entered a Kings. But it was turned off after I left. Maybe they turn the sign off after every appointment so the lady can rest her Nani for a while before her next appointment IMHO LOL. I know some of you mongers saying the signs are off so maybe this is the reason why.
