I think it's hard for many of us to understand, but the whole point of the arrangement is not to have a monogamous relationship. Let's be real, a lot of us are married. I assume you are asking this since you are seeing her still active on the website despite reaching an exclusive arrangement. I can't tell you anything for sure. FWIW when she was with the couple she was still online all the time but her response was that she is in an exclusive arrangement. I am not sure if it's just attention seeking, or if she's looking for the next big fish though.

I noticed she's online quite a lot. For what it's worth, this is why I only do ppm. I'd consider an "allowance" but rather than give a girl a lump sum up front, I'd say something more like, "I'm prepared to spend $2 K per month to see you 2 x per week. That's $250 per visit. If I'm not delighted, I'll stop of course. So if you want to make sure I follow through, it's simple: Delight me. Skip a meeting, fail to communicate reliably, etc. And my side of the commitment will drop. ".

Why give her a lump sum upfront and hope and pray that she follows through? I could be making all kinds of false assumptions about your particular case, so please just ignore whatever is irrelevant. LOL.
