I use healthlabs.com. You pay for the test online and they send you to a Quest or LabCorp for blood draw and urine. Results are posted to your account, you login and view them. You can do all the usual stuff, plus trich and hepatitis. The best part is it's quiet and private and if you have an HSA you can pay for it with that.

That's the only affordable instant test I've been able to find at Walgreens. Also can be found on Amazon.

The instant-results tests exist, I just don't know where to get one. I took one in front of an adult actress visiting the city a few months ago as part of a very expensive agreement I had with her, but she provided the test. After 15 minutes she told me we were good to go. Since then I've discussed it as an option with other providers and SA gals but I've never tried to buy my own.
