Here's my data point to your core question. In 20+ years of hobbying going back to the mid 90's I can count on one hand the number of times BBFS was even hinted at. In two years on SA (this was a few years ago now) I had probably a dozen girls work out, some I only saw once or twice, some for many repeats. Your best bet is checking out the SA forum since that's all they talk about. But I spent the bulk of last summer on it. I had some really good experiences but in the end I preferred the more rigid boundaries of escorts.
