Had a quick dream with Ms. Mia at her incall in Richton Park. Wanted a great GFE dream and it wasn't bad. She has some baby damage but overall a good time. Wouldn't repeat as she was too far for me. Enjoyed that she welcomed every drop I had and even told me where to put it.

Saw her a few months ago and overall great experience. She's not low class like a lot of those offering BBFS and she's actually pretty cool to chill with. I usually don't do that as I'm more about getting down to business and leaving shortly after but talked to her for about 30 minutes after time was up. Greek on menu too for more.

It is recommended to take PrEP a minimum 2 hours before sexual contact, and I've only seen mention of the efficacy for receptive anal sex. If you have other sources I'm genuinely interested to read more, but as I understand it PrEP is ineffective post exposure.
PEP on the other hand is the suitable treatment post exposure. It does include the same tablet as PrEP (tenofovir disoproxil / emtricitabine), but doctors will also prescribe an antiretroviral, usually raltegravir in combination.

Again, talk to your PCP and don't do anything stupid based on what people on the internet are saying (myself included).

This is not medical advice and you should speak to your primary care physician before making any decisions.
