I don't hide anything from the wife; it is all in plain sight. As far as she is concerned it is just another one of my start-up business. The only person who knows is my lawyer. Using the burner phone does take some discipline and I normally keep it at the office at night and over the weekends. The only people who know who you are by doing it this way, is the register agent, the bank, and the IRS. It would take a court order to pull your name. As far as address used? You will use the register agent's. For $100 a year they scan all paper mail and email it to your new domain.

And the steps are not necessarily in the correct order; as I already had a domain.

Added bonus! Sometimes the "start-up" has to go on business trips. Wink wink.

This seems like A LOT of work when you could just go buy a Pre-Paid Debit card (not vanilla) and just NOT register your name or legit info.

The creation of a LLC and subsequent bank account will EVENTUALLY lead back to your name, dob, & SSN in the event shit hits the fan and a subpoena is issued in any kind of court situation.

IN regards to the tax benefits, what if you get audited by the IRS one year. Do you really want to explain why your "company" has CC charges for the same billing company as SA?

Something is wrong with her mentally. Seemed pleasant when we texted, but later on when she asked me a question and I didn't answer "fast enough", she basically ended everything and bounced.

I spoke with her under a different profile a couple weeks ago, so I bet it's the same person. I didn't get the money to prove you're real, I just got endless stories about all the things she needs to pay for and lots of let's meet now, let's meet tonight, we got to meet now, will you buy pictures, etc.

I know a lot of the women in the site are there because they need money, but I'm just not looking for that kind of drama or inviting it into my life.

I've got a question for the experienced when it comes to meeting up with girls off Seeking. I'm fairly new and this almost seems too easy to get over to somebody's place. Do you meet the girl or at least facetime before knocking on that door or what?

Last thing I want to do is show up and it's a guy or a guy is there waiting for me. North County is on my no go list. LOL.
