I'm depressed as fuck and have suicidal thoughts almost daily. It's not supposed to be this way. So I have decided pending COVID restrictions, and pretty strongly dependent on how the crypto market decides to act since I got all my fucking money invested in it LOL.

I have decided I am going to do something I have always wanted to do. Take atleast an entire year off from my life here in the US quitting my job, selling my car, storing anything I actually want to come home to (basically zero) at my parents house and go travel around Asia. Starting in the Philippines for atleast a month or two, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, got a childhood friend in South Korea I'll stay with for a good amount of time and who knows what else. Again crypto is going to be bankrolling the whole Journey so hopefully the market is strong but I have calculated even if the market tanks I'll have $30-40 K. Praying to hit a bull market and see those price reach all times highs again tho!! Even if we just match that run in late 2017 early 2018 looking at $200 K I just may never come back LOL. Especially with Biden's stupid ass trying to double the capital gains tax 😡.

Unfortunately my record is not clean in fact I am currently on Felony probation still albeit it is summary probation so I am shocked I was not arrested. I talked to an attorney who is quite confident he can get it reduced to trespassing instead of prostitution if I agree to the HIV class and test. 2 hours is fucking nothing my felony I had to do 52 weeks of domestic violence classes an hour every week, and $30 each class so over $1500 in classes alone. Worst part is there was no fucking domestic violence but they are mandatory if you break a restraining order and I left a note on her car saying I was sorry. And that was breaking it. Also since I had drugs on me and its my second offense I am probably looking at mandatory rehab. Even tho the drugs were for her I don't actually use anymore but I find if you get the girls high they let you stay longer, and are more likely to let you do bare. Ok ok and I was full of shit they were for me too hahaha.

If you look at my handle, you'll see where I posted an experience unfortunately similar to yours. You must have a pretty clean record or they would have taken you to jail. Just hate when pigs target people. It's up to you whether you use a public defender or pay an attorney. Either way you're probably looking at 2 classes you'll need to take during the week at night. One is easy and take like 30 minutes. One is long and takes about 2 hours where you'll have all these people try to "educate" you. If your record is clean they'll most likely reduce your ticket to a non reportable disturbing the peace charge, meaning it won't show up in background checks for work. You'll also need to take an aids test which can be done in 15 minutes. Bad news is you'll be under probation for 2-3 years.

My advice to avoid this in the future is if you go on a website, make sure the girl has a picture which is nude as I don't believe cops can set up stings with graphic sexual images (someone correct me if I'm wrong). I was busted in a sting in Riverside. Something told me not to go with that provider but my horny ass did it anyway and that landed me in jail. I doubt there's a specific time pattern. Typical red flags are: extremely low rates for hot girls, ads with explicit services, ads without any previous history, explicit services mentioned via phone / text. I was in jail about 5 hours, nothing crazy just long enough for them to finish the sting.

I hired a private attorney to help out with this. I'll post what happens with the courts. From what I've heard you can take a plea deal where you go to a "john school' get an HIV test then your case is dismissed after that. We'll see.

You might also get probation or informal probation as well?

Informal Probation is kinda like "real" probation where the judge gives you an alotment of time for probation like 2 years but don't have a probation officer. You just have to keep your nose clean and don't get.

Into trouble and case gets expunged.
