I have gotten it in TJ twice. One girl at HK offered after I didn't finish in the latex. Another would stripper slide each session and about 5 sessions in offered it. $100 upcharge each time. I saw the first girl about 5 more times, the second about 10. I have heard about better deals but if you don't speak the language it's tough.
