Here's he Entire NRS [ Nevada Revised Statutes ] section on the topic of interest =

NRS 201.354 Engaging in prostitution or solicitation for prostitution: Penalty; exception.

1. It is unlawful for any person to engage in prostitution or solicitation therefor, except in a licensed house of prostitution.

2. Any person who violates subsection 1 is guilty of a misdemeanor.

(Added to NRS by 1987, 2027; A 1991, 462)

NRS 201.295 [ the "Definitions" section of this Title ] does NOT define exactly what constitutes 'Solicitation' , which is always a bad sign because then it means what·ever a cop and prosecutor say it means , which a Judge will usually go along with

Las Vegas "intent to solicit laws"

I was wondering if Las Vegas has a civil "intent to solicit law"...??? A few years back they had this segment on prostitution on "cops". The cops were running a sting and the guy only stopped to talk to the girl. No offer of solicitation was actually made, but the cops busted him for loitering.

For some reason I don't like the selection of girls on the bridges. They're kinda skankier than the others on LV blvd, who during the summer, will wear nice sequin or flowing sun dresses. My favorite walk is from Harrahs to MGM; lots of candy to pick from. One I did was extremely hot and near flawless. Paid her 8 Jacksons at 5 in the morn' and got her phone #.

For me standard is $150, provided I wait until about after 3am, which is the desperate hour for a lot of girls. Play a little bit (actually a lot) of poker, and go out for a lay at 3. It's not hard to find some real hotties for $150. Just negotiate and stick to your guns.

I got to LV about 3 times a year.

Strip clubs...if you go to one...you deserve to get ripped off...and if you let the taxi guy recommmend "the best strip club in town"...well...I don't know what to say.

Not that its not ok to talk about cg's...it is certainly acceptable and expected. But damn noobs gotta quit asking about cg's. It's been on this board a bazillion times. All the standards are already here:

Best times: Weekends after midnight for both selection and price

Best locations: Bridge between NYNY and MGM, MGM bar, Mirage Bar, most other strip casino bars in that order

Cost: Almost always $200 minimum. Usually $200-300 will get you fs in your room. On occasion you can negotiate down to $150. Rare to negotiate any lower than that.

Bottom line: Budget $200-300. Stay up late(its friggen Vegas after all). Pick a girl you like. Find her and take her to your room, pay her, fuck her(no feeding her necessary), forget her.

I just returned from a few days in Vegas.I walked from the Alladdin to the Imperial Palace about 2am on Tuesday.You couldn't miss the BSW,they were everywhere on the sidewalk.There were a scattered few BSW looking bored at the main bar inside the Flamingo.Same story at Paris.Inside the Alladdin at the Magic Lamp bar there were about 4 BSW and 3 HSW looking for company,plus a couple of WSW playing video poker machines away from the bar.Tuesday afternoon I saw a couple of BSW and one WSW walking on the south side or Tropicana between Industrial and Valley View about 3pm. I pulled in tho the McDonalds to get a price from the WSW and was told it was 200 for FS at her room at the Americana for 20 mins.If I wanted her to come back to my hotel it would be extra.NO THANKS.Wedensday morning I wanted to try the cheap breakfasts ( in this case you get what you pay for)at the WildWildWest so I headed over there about 6 am.There were 2 bsw wandering the casino then they quickly left and there were 2 very attractive WSW playing video poker at the bar but they looked really strung out.Sorry I don't have more info on the going rates, I was just mainly window shopping.

I'll second the note about CG at MGM. I have had great luck on the bridge between MGM and NYNY. I never sit out there more than 20 minutes before I meet someone.

I thought most locals were familliar with the Harmon, Koval, Trop, Paradise loop. There can be some really hot girls around there, usually looking to get some cash from the folks at the HR or Ice, but early in the moring they can be bought cheap. You have to be careful though, the best part about this place is that the girls are usually fresh, the risk is that LE takes advantage of this to run stings. They have been known to use the Budget suites off Harmon, and also to run girls off Paradise while observing from the parking garage. I have had plenty of luck here, but also some close calls. If they ask you for a date right away bail out.

Strip clubs - Used to be Olympic Garden, but no longer. If you don't mind dropping lots of cash go to Spearmint Rhino. No sex, but with the right dancer and cash you will get to grab and suck on titty and run your hands just about anywhere. Crazy Horse Too is an ok option also. Whatever you do, do not bother with Glitter Gulch. It may seem convinient if you are downtown, but it is not worth it.

Best casinos for cg's will depend on how old you are, what you look like, and how much money you have. In general, the older and less youthful you look(via weight, dress, hair, general overall appearance) the more you will pay. If you are under 40 and not a complete slob you do not need to worry about this. The cg wont care if you are good looking or not. But if you are older, or really fat, they will probably try to get more out of you.

If you have money and are willing to spend it, Bellagio is the place to go. you will find the best looking cg's there. Just go and chill in any of the free, open bars any weeknight after 8pm.

If you care about cost, the places with the best selection are Mirage and MGM. Other options are Luxor, Venetian, NYNY, and on the street. The best times are after 2am on weekends. On weekdays, you may be hard pressed to find cg's.

In answer to your question about casinos with the best cg, my favorite two are Mirage and MGM for quality and quantity of girls. They usually start to fill up after 11:00pm until the wee morning hours.

Keep in mind the busy the city is the more in demand the ladies will be and prices may be at a premium. This time of year is the slowest for the city due to the holidays.

The Hard Rock would be my third favorite CG hangout.

Gentleman, I will be in Vegas in January/February on business. I have read this section on the "happenings" in Vegas. However, this is what I am looking for and want to know if anyone has any info please? Which Strip clubs are the best to go too. What 2 casino's are the best for getting CG's, and anyone know anything about any "swinger's clubs" to visit? I have scrolled through several pages and have picked up on alot of info. I think this is a more direct approach, and will get me a better and quicker response (it is difficult for me to get on here due to work). I will thank you now for any info, a general post or a PM will work. If anyone here is ever in The Heart of Dixie (that is Alabama, in case u didn't know) and needs some info look me up on the local board. As always, keep drinking.

I spent the past few days in Las Vegas. Here's what I found.
Friday evening I went to a AMP which I forgot the name of It is next to Hong Kong Massage on Tropicana. Massuse was Diana About 30yo 5 in looks.
70 for the hour and wanted 100 for a hj. Got a lame hj for 60 and the massage was ok, no touching her and never even saw her tits. So for 130 I was out the door and won't be back.But like some of you I just wanted to try it.

Saturday I spent some time on Fremont street and down Boulder Highway.

She smiled and said she usually works the strip. She wanted to go back to my room again but I told her I wasn't looking for pussy and just enjoying the strip for the evening. I have been out of action for a while. Work and all those things. Anyway decided to spend Saturday cruising the usual areas on Harmon and then down Paradise to the Strip, and all those usual places in between. I was so desperate I even took it down Boulder to Trop. No luck at all.

Just as I was packing it up I spotted a cutie walking west on Freemont. Kinda short, but young with a beautiful face, brunette and stacked with a capital T. She was so hot I wasn't sure if she was on the clock. So I pulled up ahead and parked it walking into the liquor store (you know the one near M. Pkwy) giving her the eye just in case. Sure enough she followed me in and we did the usuall exchange of pleasantries. She jumped into the car with me and said .3 for CBJ. Not what I was looking for so I offered double for a BBBJ COF with pictures. She wen for a whole .8 and we had a deal.

She was a real sweetheart. She says she hitched it all the way out here from Florida, and is looking to get out of town soon (not what she expected). She claims to have done some films and photos before, but I haven't seen her. Anyway, try it if you get a chance, and before she gets used up on Freemont street.

Glad to be back and action, and I would have had this up sooner but I guess there has been some remodeling going on.
