The amusing thing about this individual is that she had reached out last minute (after ghosting) , last Wednesday night: asking if I was free for Thursday. Not a big fan of last minute plans so couldn't make it work. I suggested other days, but no response since. Ah well.

There were others, too, with the exact same text. I'm astonished that anyone would try to pass off such a hideously mangled example of the English language repeatedly, in an age when ChatGPT will write a profile for you, for free.

I have read a theory that with all scams, being really obvious is helpful, as it weeds out everyone but the absolutely most gullible so you end up with the real idiots that are easy to dupe.
