Nelson0 - You don't want the Sauna house under any circumstances. It is probably the worst full-service spa in the entire city.

I just stuck my head in there the other day to see if there were any new players - nada...

Avoid it like the plague - also avoid Thailand Massage in North Beach, Nuits de Paris and Green Door.

I personally don't recommend CL for shopping, but maybe you do beter online.

The Sauna House on Sutter Street is a rip-off, The chances of you really having Alexis is in my opinion slim and none! It most likely is a ad to get you to come in! I'm attracted to Red Heads also, but to get a real good one is going to cost you a arm and leg since you are on a budget!

First visit to SF from the East Coast.

Bay Area Trip (Day one - Fri 9/3)

Well... I didn't get any advice from any fellow mongers.... but, it's ALL GOOD. I had a great time, as it should be, at the Golden Flower Spa.
