Welcome, you'll love it here! I have to say, visiting a lot of cities in the US, and others outside the US (including Sydney), I have to say San Fran is by far one of my favorites (so is Sydney). Although it's nothing like the FKK clubs you'll find in Germany, it's pretty damn close. I haven't tried any of the others services such as MSC, massage parlors in SF is by far my favorite.
