Started talking to her in Cincinnati where she was going for school over a year ago (different profile I think). Seemed pretty new and reluctant at the time, and accepted my first low-ball offer. However, as others have stated, she wouldn't commit to a time or would ghost once the time got closer. She did tell me in Sept of this year she was moving back to Columbus.
