From my personal experience, AFF was a waste of time. It looked too good to be true-- and it was. I signed up for a month membership a few years ago. Very little to no replies. I had ONE reply from all the messages I sent. She was probably the only real person I contacted. Every other profile was spam. The whole thing is hamfisted from the start. Because the purpose of the site is casual hookups, most of the pictures are fake. Plus I was hesitant to place my mug on a website for casual hookups, a concern I'm sure most people with professional lives and other concerns had. Save the $20 and add it towards the cost of an escort or even a SW, if you can still find any. But do yourself a favor and don't spend it on AFF because you may as well put some ketchup on that Jackson and eat it.

I agree. AFF might SEEM like the best thing ever, but once you actually use it for a while you come to realize it's more aestetic than anything. Very true that if you get a paid membership, most of the contacts you make will come back as spam. It is workable though, with patience, but the odds arent so much better than what you're with CL. Maybe worse.

Don't waste your time with AFF--unless you want to be bombarded with spam. You'll no doubt receive some responses that seem to come from amateurs, but when you follow up it will be an invitation to a webcam or something similar. I suppose it's theoretically possible that there are real ads from at least moderately attractive, reasonably sane women--but it would take a lot of work and luck to find them. I've know of guys who have gotten lucky on this site in another country but have never heard any good news for the U.S.

I've had pretty good luck finding free hook ups with Craig's List (Casual Encounters), but it takes TONS of effort - typically one bite for every 20-30 responses, and maybe 1 success out of 10 or 20 bites. Since I'm on the computer virtually all day, I can keep tabs on CL ads pretty quickly.

I'd like to find a more "sure" thing - I'm looking into Adult Friend Finder. I'm also curious about Plenty of Fish (it's free) & Atlanta Adult Date Link. Of all of these, AFF seems the best shot. I'm tempted to gamble $20 for a month and see if it works, but I'd love to hear some of YOUR war stories!

Though I rarely get to the ATL and I'm not big on white chicks, Toy does have 8 reviews on half price escorts, 7 of 8 thumbs up, the only neg one said her azz wasn't 'enough like a black girl's'. I will visit the ATL soon and of the girls on HPE, she's one I wanna do.

On the matter of Taylor, there is a good Taylor, that actually has pics and such. This actually sounds like Kendall to me. A definite bait and switch type girl, so it was inevitable that she'd have to do something else underhanded other than spam CL with her other bogus ad.
