I don't want to turn this into the Costa Rica Forum but I have to share this assessment of many CR vets. The Del Rey has been over-run by ignorant gringo first timers who've heard vague reports about CR sex tourism and that the Blue Marlin Bar is THE place to go and who readily pay the $100 per hour asking price because "its so much cheaper than back in the US" (forgetting to factor in the travel costs or the fact that most ticos don't make much more than that per week). Responding to this influx there has also been an influx of chicas from various countries (the colombianas are often the hottest but also the most hardcore) and of greatly varying attractiveness (like I said some real beasties). The prices asked have gone up, there has been a harder line on holding close to that price and the quality of service has gone down in the rush to get back to the bar for their next score. The vets even have a game of betting on how many minutes it will take a colombiana hustler to get back to the bar after going upstairs with some hapless sucker.

Yes, this is pretty much accurate. I began to go to Costa Rica 12 years ago. At that time the top price for a Costa Rica girl was 50.00, and many decent girls could be had for 20.00. GFE can still be found in Costa Rica but it takes some careful screening. Of course this is a Florida board, the tangent began as a response to 45+ year old "girls" with 45+ extra pounds were worth 250.00.

I have to agree with my friend Medic. He was just sharing his recommendation. We questioned him on some aspects of it, but there's no reason to continue to ridicule him on it. The points were made and answered on both sides. As I said it my last post at least he's trying to share as he has so often in the past. How many posts do you have? Two? Where are those reviews you promised on the local AMP's? I don't care what the website says regarding upscale or price. Escorts are like cars, I never pay sticker price.
