The only activity at Happiness is that the place has been emptied out and there are real estate signs in the windows. Nothing new to report. I live two blocks away and can see the building from my lanai, this information is current.

Seen Yoko yesterday. It was everything I expected and more. I think she's independent now but was all good. I really don't care about her age because the service is 5 stars!! It's not going to happen. In 2020 Happiness was mainly open so the girls could make some money before the end came. Even before COVID came, that building was in the final stages of being sold off by the owner. I was already approved for re-zoning in the fall of 2019. From December of 2019 on the girls were working at their own risk with no real aide from Happy. Happy was not even allowed to go on the property. Consequently the other businesses there were month to month as well. In August with the murder in the game room, that just accelerated the time table. The owner had to get them out or face forfeiture of the property. The post Halloween Opening was a 'deep cleaning' until the assets could be sold off / discarded.

Happy isn't coming back.

Damn! I miss Happy. She is the kindest person. She has a heart of gold. So many good times with her, both in the AMP and other.
