I may be way wrong here, but my knowledge of what constitutes a promoting prostitution case is simply that one person is setting appointments for another. In times past, when the wall of shame was online, there were dozens and dozens of people that were hit with that charge, and I promise that they weren't all rolled on. A three way appointment is promoting. A pimp in a shitty motel is promoting. And we all know that in the latter case, no one rolls. Ever. They could have gotten you once you set an appointment for another person. My guess is that they wanted to build a case and have more evidence to go to court with. That's always the modus operandi.

You mentioned in another post that similar agencies have had their ladies arrested, but the ladies didn't sing, and that's why the agency didn't get hurt. That's not true. Ladies have sung like canaries at times, but other agencies have other measures in place to protect protect themselves. So I wanted to clear that up.

And again, you caused this situation. When you take responsibility and then use the word "but" as a conjunction, you cancel out whatever was said before the "but". The prosecutor will have a print out of every post you've made, which might not help your case when you claim to be done with this little underbelly subculture. If your attorney is giving you the go ahead to continue here, you might want to consider one of OJs lawyers instead at this point.

Why are you reaching out to people you've never met and saying that you've been told hat they are trustworthy? You're making people very very nervous by doing that. The fentayl she uses is so strong and then tempered with other drugs it has changed her into someone so desperate she would steal from someone who has handed her literally 10's of thousands of dollars. As I wrote in the rip off report section Little Nicki has turned bad. I have known her and helped her countless times in the last 9 years or so. I met her when she was still a dancer and not the cheap high volume provider she has become. I see she has her ad back up and is a total lie. If you have risked going to her incall then there are a few misconceptions that should cleared up before you consider going again. First there are cameras on the porch getting your picture as you come and go. She has never admitted to me if there are any inside but she has told me that every word said in the downstairs bed area can be plainly heard upstairs by her live in boyfriend? She calls him daddy and claims he is security for her. She turns over her money to him or the dope to him and he gives her what he thinks she needs. In Detroit that's called a pimp. In Indianapolis he is also called baby daddy although the first 3 kids cannot be his. He claims to be Hispanic and her 1st 3 are blonde and blue eyed. He also claims to be in a gang called latin kings. No evidence to support that and I've seen him wearing red tennis shoes which is a rival gang color. Big no no. Anyway she has had 4 kids in last 6 years all of which she gave up to adoption at birth. She is in touch with the parents and does receive updates on them but she has never taken care of them or had them at that house. While still on the subject of the man who hides upstairs, the 2 old people next door are his step parents as well as the landlords. The zombie like uncle is also his family not hers. Lastly if any of you guys may have asked for party favors he is the one they come from in all likelihood. Be aware that you will only get 1/3 to 1/2 of what your money bought and then you'll still share some with her.

I'm sure you are all aware of the various infestations in the house itself. Mice, roaches and bedbugs to name the most numerous. The male landlord has been known on many occasions to come into the house without warning and waving a handgun around. Police and EMTs are very familiar with the house also due to several overdoses that almost resulted in deaths.

As to the current ad the expected disability is not for her, it is supposedly going to the boyfriend for an injury he received in prison. The night she ripped me off she had texted me telling me she was going to retire, marry the pimp and move away to live happily ever after. Not sure how she expects to maintain both their habits and survive on $1200 a month. Even with them both going to clinic their habits run over $100 a day each plus the meth and the benzoes. I did have my own doctor check and he said I was clean so it was probably someone playing a prank or it could have been her idea of a funny.
