Seeing as there's not Blacklist for Racine, I thought I'd contribute this here. Back when Katie was Bella I tried to meet up with her. She would random text me and when she sent me a picture, I asked her which is her. The one she sent me or the one in her ad? That's when she went silent. Then recently I notice Katie and I recognize one of the photos from her ad as one from Bella's ad. So I reached out to her via text for a meeting. She tells me when she's available, I tell her to text me when she is and we can figure out the details. Still nothing. In addition, the first time around, she tried to get an extra $50 for outcall when she listed my location in her ad. I will attempt to include both links and everyone can see for themselves. I don't know what pics are real or if anyone has any experience with her. All in all, I've tried about a dozen times. Either there's an excuse or there's no response.

Although I agree with almost everything you said, I'm not sure she belongs in this section. Its a matter of price and expectations. If you can get a forty or fifty dollar car date, she provides an above average BBBJCIM. I do make sure it is at a location of MY choosing. I no longer do incall or outcall but she gets the job done in my car. If your expectation is for a good BBBJ in your car and you can get the right price, then I think she is worth while.

No matter which name she goes by she belongs here. When she started off she was sublime. Then she found herself under a Professional Improvement Management Program. Several here attempted to help her get out of that program multiple times. Service began to slide. Incall locations all over the city became unsafe. Her service became like a box of chocolates. You never know what you are going to get. Some were flat out ripped off or took their losses just to stay alive. BEWARE!

I had several different conversations going with her through two email accounts and a burner phone. To make a long story short the story went like this. Meet me in the CVS parking lot, meet me in the Subway parking lot, meet me in Wild Bills Saloon parking lot, all near 91st or 92nd and Greenfield. According to the two guys that posted about her, was a cash and dash scam. She uses all different names. Sometimes she posts with her number (ending in 1874) or sometimes without a number and an email address for reply. And this is the pic she had texted me.

A suggestion so this doesn't simply become the rippoff report.

A Blacklist needs to actually be a list. So, IMO each new post about another blacklisted provider needs to be added to a subsequent list.

Example:

MikeH123 had it right. Pictures with links to websites or BP listings are what is KEY since BP ads disappear. Save and upload the images from the ad and post them here. This is what really helps. As we all know its common for a name change to happen that's why links and pictures are important for this to work.
