All 3 are good retirement investments, and the SEP and HSA lower her taxes.

I guess she could say she cleans your house and walks your dog, etc.

They won't give you their ssn. You might get audited if you have no documentation. Unless your paying them like 50 k or do, I doubt they will give you their personal info.

At the end of the year give them a 1099 as they could be your independent contractor. Come up with a creative job title, they would have a problem contesting it since, if truthful, they would be admitting to prostitution. Failure to pay their estimated taxes quarterly? Or just do it to those that do you wrong.
