1) Those appearing as SugarBaby have removed their profile from SA entirely. Not just deactivated, they deleted it.

2) If it still shows their username they have deactivated their profile, SA may have suspended their profile, or they have blocked you.

For those in #2 the trick to tell if someone has blocked is to hover over their profile pic (or whatever generic image it is that is currently there) in your message list. Depending on the browser you may need to right click, hover, or on a mobile device you long press. Whatever it takes to reveal the url string associated to that image link. If the url displayed is just seeking.com (no further url associated with a profile) then they have blocked you (or you blocked them). If you see an actual full SA profile url then they haven't blocked you, its just deactivated.
